    *Calling numerous lawyers and masons each and everyday. Everyday! I will tell them each how terrible your mortar work guy is.... My lawyers need his last name to add it to the case btw. I will enjoy exposing you and your company for as long as I live. If you are a prospect of JOE BEHR pm me and I can I will share the photos of JOE BEHR WORK! I don’t want your money!!! I WANT JUSTICE!!! As of 2/26/18 Joe (Mike) Behr has continued to avoid his responsibilities to the damage his employees have caused to our home. I strongly urge anyone considering his work to look at his mortar work on my house first. Don’t worry Mike, I will have it resolved by a professional mason. I may call every mason in Richland County to give me a free estimate. I’ll ask each one if they think “Joe Behr’s” job needs to be re-done. Your rating is 0/10 with me. I suppose there is a reason why the business is called Joe Behr and not Mike Behr. Mike Behr’s word is as worthless as a screen door on a submarine. See you in court soon! Top 10 worst decision of my life was to have you put a chimney liner in my house! That will be me legally standing out front of your business in Lexington Av me in Mansfield Ohio with a rat � suit on protesting until it gets fixed correctly. The pictures and video speak a thousand words. Maybe I just get a new quote everyday to fix the damage. Show a new person in Mansfield each day... I’ll just ask them what they think of the work! Almost 15 years in the same house. No water problems in the basement. That is until Joe Behr put a Chimney liner in. Now it rains hard it floods down through the chimney. Because they put a different chimney cap on it and busted all of the mortar. When I notify them about that they blocked me. Why block me? Let me show the video of the water damage you caused that ruined my house. You are going to fix it. There is a 100% chance we will be in court if you do not own up to it! Whether you block me or not.

    the tech noticed water dripping from my exaust flu and without running any kind of trouble shooting tests on the system said the venting was all wrong and needed completely replaced and that was my entire problem .Furnace ran great while they were here and before they could get down the road it started tearing up again, I called a different company out to look at it and they ran 4 to 5 tests on it including a test on the pressure switchs and told me there were no issues with the exaust flu and then thru elemination discovered the control board was going bad , they replace it and there has been no more problems since .

    It didn't cost anything; it was still under warranty.  They're very good.  I would say the company is very professional, prompt, and very friendly.  Actually, he fixed the old thermostat while he was here and then replaced it about a week later with a new one.  He was very friendly; he put booties on over his shoes so he wouldn't get anything tracked up.  He came back even though he had fixed the old thermostat; he came back with a new one.

    Called them, they came the same day, The serviceman found the problem told us the cost of the part and called in to order it right there. Installed it the next day. They were fast, prompt, very professional. The serviceman checked everything out to see if there was any other problems and if there might be something that could cause a problem in the future.

    installation went fine except for service worker stepping off temporary flooring and putting foot through the ceiling on floor below creating a huge mess. They paid for repairs. Three months later, the heat pump is running solely on auxiliary heat or built in heat strips that drives up electricity usage. Calls for service ignored with manager indicating that is the way heat pumps work. Our old heat pump did not use the heat strips unless it was below 10 degrees or so and it was 12 years old.

    The technician called in advance and said that he was going to be able to arrive earlier than originally planned. Fortunately, my wife was home and was able to meet him. By the time I got home from work, he had already finished everything and was about ready to leave. I discussed what he had found for a few minutes and he left. He found no issues and said that we were good to go for the season. I was very pleased with everything. Behr was less expensive than everyone else that we contacted and they did a great job! I will definitely utilize their services in the future!

    Service guy didn't find or fix the problem. In 1.5 hours he badmouthed every other heating technician in the area and misdiagnosed the problem as bad wiring. I asked for a written quote to repair what he said was wrong, after receiving a verbal quote of maybe 8 to 9 hundred dollars, or possibly a new furnace. He has yet to respond. Ultimately, the repair required a 70 dollar control board that was changed in 15 minutes. Correcting the wires the service tech disconnected and re-routed took an additional hour.

    Not everybody does fuel oil service anymore and this lady has been doing it for many years and she’s changed employment once and I’ve followed her. They don’t have an overnight after hours. They’ll get back at you immediately. The punctuality is good.

    The work was great and the employees were very professional. My only problem/issue is that I purchased an $87.00 coupon on Angies list that was supposed to be for an hour's worth of work and all they did was take $87.00 off the invoice, but still charged me the remaining labor? Why buy a coupon when it didn't really do anything? Still confused over that.
