    CATARACT surgery both eyes. very professional and caring, was nervous about surgery on my eyes gave me medication to calm my nerves before surgery.  Dr. called same day after surgery to see haw I was doing.

    Dr Winbigler is great. He is always very nice and proffesional. He answers all my questions. I had went to 2 other eye doctors before him and they each made me a pair of glasses that I could not wear. I have what Dr Winbigler calls my special eye, where one eye is a lot worse then the other. So the other doctors were makng glasses with the same prescription in both lenses and it wasnt working. Way too strong and I could not wear them. Dr Winbigler let me see clearly again. I would not go anywhere else. On this particular visit just one eye changed so he suggested I just get one new lense saving me money as well.

    Dr. Ballitch's office called me and the way the girl talked and I understood it was that I had an appointment for cataract surgery.... When I checked in the girl asked if I was there for my cataracts...I said yes and when they called me back,, it was to do a total new eye exam on me...I told them I was there for my cataracts and they did not know what I was talking about...So I do not know where the mixup came from but I knew that I wanted another doctor who spent more time with his patients...I found another doctor and had my cataracts removed and now I am doing great....

    it went very well,,only had to wait about 5 min.staff was very was my first visit there and everything went very fast and smooth,they anserd all my questions and explained thing to me very well.i will defintly be returning there for my next yearly exam.i would reccommend.

    The doctor and staff are very polite. They do a great job with our 4 children, sometimes seen at different times We've been using them since 2011. The only issues I've had is getting them scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and communication about a warranty issue on a pair of frames that seemed to turn up missing.

    Not only does he do this for me but he has many other diagnostic machines for other needs. I started going before I retired in 1999. I'd gotten an object in my eye. I filled out standard paperwork, including family history. Because of family history he checked me for glaucoma and found it. I was really lucky that he caught it early - I could've gone blind before I knew what there was a problem. I'm so very grateful because of this and other suggestions he's made - like getting laser surgery instead of using expensive eye drops I was having to take. He makes it very clear how very important it is to take my vitamins and other drops so I make sure I keep my sight.

    Time in the waiting area was and always is brief. However, I do not like the TV and have made known my preference; the doctor has tried to oblige but doesn't have access to the settings. Tests are done quickly and presumably accurately, with no time wasted between them. The persons using the equipment for the tests appear to be well qualified and do not waste time. They go over with me all my personal and medical information that is in their computerized system. As a layperson, I have no way of judging the quality of the doctors' work. They do not push; rather, they suggest. If it were an emergency, I assume they would take full charge, but as always, with full explanation. Everyone in this office is pleasant and helpful.
    They have an on-site optical department staffed with experienced and personable personnel, which makes it easy for the patient when the time comes for new glasses or when adjustments are needed for glasses being worn.

    There's nothing that I dislike about him. What happened was, before I retired I was at work and I got an object in my eye and I have been going to him ever since. I'm retired now and it's going to be 13 years in October. When I went in they asked for my history of all the problems with my family and by me being over 35 years old, he tested me for glaucoma. It was good that he did and told me that it was good that it happened to me with that object in my eye because I did have glaucoma. He started my medications right away because the pressure was high. I just love going there. He and his staff are really nice. I'm just thankful to be able to go to him. He's real busy all the time. His office environment is really nice and pleasant. I love everything about it. There's nothing bad I can say about it because if it was, I wouldn't be going there for that long. His staff is really good too. His bedside manner is very, very good and his communication is really good. The billing and administration is good because me being 74, I had one check not coming in and I had to have some surgeries on my back and on my knee and stuff and I told them that I could only pay a certain amount a month and they agreed with me. There was no pressure. I told them what I could pay a month and I just sent what I could and I paid off. I would continue to use him. In fact, I have an appointment on the 30th of August.

    Richard F. Marquardt is my doctor; he is an optometrist. The other two doctors are opthalmologists. Some time ago, Dr. Quick, one of the ophthalmologists, operated on both eyes to reduce eye pressure. He was very professional, skilled; the pressure was reduced to satisfactory levels. Dr. Marquardt always goes out of his way to be pleasant and always answers my questions. It is a pleasure to see him.
