    The installation went smoothly, but then a month later there was a crack. There was no chip visible so they came out again, with no hassle, and replaced that windshield at no cost. We've had no problems since. We are very satisfied.

    I did not think my car would start running again and they got it running perfectly. They are very excellent and thorough. Always able to repair my car to fullest quality. They have a shuttle service that is always going and will take you anywhere, everyone is always courteous. They have great prices. They work with you and let you know what is wrong or if anything else needs fixed and it is up to you if you get it fix, they get your permission and go over options and prices.

    I had pulled up too far over a concrete barrier at the end of a parking space. Incidentally, there was re-bar sticking up out of it too far and my spoiler under my front bumper became hooked. I thought I has just grazed it, nope. I tried backing up to get away from it nit realizing it was hooked all the way under my  bumper and as I backed up, my bumper pulled off my van. When I called my insurance, they refused to tow it and just told me ... eh, it should be ok to drive. I was not a happy camper to say the lease. But they wanted me to take it to one of their people. I would of had to pay for the deductible had I done that. SO I told them nevermind, cancel the claim, I would take care of it myself. I called up Webb's, they got me in in a couple days- they are always busy which is a good sign- and the guys there put Humpty Dumpty back together again!

    I took the tire in for repair. After they examined the tire, it was determined the nail had caused damage to the tire in an area that they could not repair. They legally cannot repair a tire if it is outside of a specific area. They had a replacement in stock and they put the tire on & balanced it. I was in and out with little wait time! Very professional & prompt!

    Mechanic Dave Roller did all the work and is fanstastic.  The door was inoperative due to the motor not working/worn out on our 2008 Odyssey.  He completed the repair in a timely manner and works perfectly now.

     I dropped my truck off early in the morning Tuesday and was told my truck would get looked at immediately since I called days prior to set up an appointment. Two days later I took initiative to call the service department, not receiving any phone calls or updates from them. I was told my truck had NOT even been looked at. Friday comes around and I call the service dept. with a response "we are not sure what the problem is". Later on that Friday, I get a call saying they have determined the problem. They need to order a part and it wont be in until Monday of the following week. Okay great, they figured it out. Service dept said my truck would be done Monday afternoon. Guess when I got my truck back, 3 days later.Happy to have my truck back in working order.

    Two weeks later, the same problem arises that I had before. So I call and set an appointment to make sure my truck will be looked at the day of the appointment. NO SUCH LUCK. Drop my truck off midday, my apt time. No phone calls or anything that evening. I call the next day, to check progress. Joyce Buick's response....."Oh we haven't even looked at your truck yet". Last I thought, when you make an appointment; that's when you will be helped. But as Joyce Buick has proven time and time again, appointments don't matter in their world. To add to the frustration, their service department has run out of cars to drive while my vehicle is being fixed. So not only am I waiting longer than I was told, now I cannot get back and forth to work to pay for the repairs. I was told there are customers on a waiting list for vehicles to drive while theirs is being "fixed". I turn around in the service department and there are 4 "rental" cars on the other side with a sign that says "Test drive me while your car is serviced". Doesn't make sense. I WILL NEVER take my truck back to this location ever again unless it's free warranty service, and I will think twice about it then. Not sure how long they will have your vehicle, or if it will be fixed the first time. Make sure you save up your vacation time for when you take your vehicle here for service.

    It went well. Pulled into graham got in a reasonable amount of time. THOUGHT I HAD A DIFFERENT PROBLEM BUT IT WAS MY TIRE. They had coffee and snacks to eat while I waited . I would go back to them again if I have a problem.

    I have dealt with these people for over 30 years and they always do an A+ job on any vehicle I throw at them.  I would recommend these people to anybody.
    The best part of using these people is they only fix what is needed on your exhaust system instead of charging you for entire parts that you do not need.

    I called for an appointment with a $4.95 coupon for an oil change that I had received in the mail for being a preferred customer.  I mentioned the coupon, make of my car, and was told they could get me right in.
    AFTER the job had been completed, I was told there was an additional fee because the size of my motor required 2 additional quarts of oil.  There was also a fee for discarding the old oil.  There was a fee for filters.  Etc....
    My $4.95 oil change ending up costing me almost $30!  Not the bargain I had expected.
    I feel it was deceitful, and I should have been informed when I called for the appointment about the additional fees.  Next time I will take it to Wallmart where I know what price to expect.

    I took my '08 civic in to get looked at since the AC completley went out the week before. I called and they were able to get me in in 4 days.
    They diagnosed the issue to be the compressor, and quoted me a used price from one of their sources, as well as a new price from Honda. The prices were very different, and I went with the cheaper, used part. 
    They got around to installing the compressor, only to find out that the used part was non-functioning. Another two days to get a new part... they promised to install by Saturday, but got a call Sunday saying they were starting the install. Ended up getting the car early Monday morning for a 1 week turn around - they didn't blow the price up because of the issues, so they were true to their word on that.
    Overall, I think I would take my car back.
