    Brian was extremely pleasant and professional.  He came to my home and arrived precisely on time. Although I had two cracks made by the same rock, Brian only charged me for one repair as the cracks were very close.  The repair was done well and very quickly.  I would highly recommend Brian.

    Scheduled an appointment and they kindly gave me a ride home and picked me up when the repairs were complete.  They did a through job and provided a quote for transmission fluid exchange and exhaust manifold repair.  I have a 1997 Acura and Premiere Auto Service has kept this car running like new.

    When my sister told the manager the car still leaked gas, the waiting area had about 4 customers. He hushed her and said he would make it good. He said when we wanted to do the repairs again, he would give us a deep discount and try and get a new part for the pump at cost. Of course, this meant the fuel tank would be pumped out and dropped again, which is a lot of labor. The work that was done, and which did not fix the leak, was done around October 2013.My sister called the manager in January 2014 and asked him how good our discount would be. He told her he didn't know what she was talking about. We reminded him he put notes about the work and the discount in the computer under my sister's name, Diane Darrell. He insisted he didn't know what we were talking about.
    In summary, Bob Sumerel in Finneytown charged my sister and I $600 for unnecessary work, and we still have the gas leak that was supposed to be fixed by them. Then, the manager told my sister, when the waiting room was full, that he would make good on the work with a good discount. When we tried to arrange his "making it good", he denied knowing anything about it.

    Simply put: I tell people I know far and wide to avoid this region's Midas like the plague. Don't ever have a problem here as their upper management is at best rude and uncooperative, but at worst, dishonest and threatening. Long story short, we believe they caused major damage to the engine doing some relatively routine maintenance. Upon receipt of the car after their work, you could feel the engine wasn't running right. Brought it to a local Honda dealer, and they confirmed what I feared...the engine had been damaged and their evidence showed and their belief was it was directly from the shoddy work of Midas. Attempts to reconcile the issue with upper management of Midas was met with rudeness, blame, and more customer blame. I was even told at one time during the process "be careful what you say as we have good lawyers." In the end, I got them to refund me half of the original "repair" money (not the cost of the damage, the original job), but that was even after a months long process of contact to the BBB, state attorney's office, and local media troubleshooters. Truly awful experience and awful company.

    They've been great, we've taken cars to them quite a bit because it's close to where we live. We take our older cars there because it's not expensive as the dealer and they are pretty good at fixing things. Their price was usually reasonable, it's much less expensive than the dealership.
