    He was very brusque in his manner, immediately emptying all the food out of my freezer and said I had too much food on the freezer that's why the ice maker was not working properly. I throw out a lot of food then he charged me over 100. It was not fixed on the first trip so he came out a few days later. The timer needs to be reset. I had another person come out and said the filter of the refrigerator was not cleaned and still not freezing properly.

    He got to my house and barely looked at my refrigerator. He didn't know what the problem was, decided the job was too much for him and told me to just go buy a new one. It was a complete waste of my time to have him out as he doesn't know what he's doing. I had someone else out who fixed it for a very reasonable price.

    Everything went great.  Entered my info online and they confirmed an appointment and showed up on time.  I called to confirm with them after they responded to my online info as they requested.  The only complaint I have is that I mentioned the Senior Discount that I saw on Angies List for 10%.  I am 65 years old.  The answer I got was that he couldn't remember what it said on the webpage.  "It had been a long time since he entered that info on the webpage."  Since I had looked at several providers, I wasn't positive that the 10% was on A to Z's webpage, but now that they have been here, done the work and I have paid, and I am writing this review, I have confirmed that on Angie's List it shows they have a 10% senior discount.  I have an emailed copy of their invoice which my wife paid in full.   (I was at work when they came.)  Nowhere on the invoice does it indicate that there was a discount given.  As happy as I am (and my wife was too) with there service and timeliness and professionalism, I think they owe me the 10% discount.  Thank you.

    Greg came to the house an after I called him and he was great.  Greg could not fix our dryer after and hour of trying he was great at explaining everything as well as being very detailed  The dryer was heating up and no lint blockage which made the job more interesting. When everything was completed Greg said he would not charge me for the service call because he could not fix the problem.  Greg felt it might be something with the Sensor Boards which are expensive and recommended we look into a new dryer.  I could not ask for more honesty from a service tech he had nothing to gain by recommending I get a new dryer and could have just replaced the circuit board to make money.

    Repairman said the commuter indicated that it is working okay. We explained that the timer or spin cycle must be off. Repairman ran washer without clothes in it and said "seems to be working now"??! Called as soon as I ran a load of clothes to tell them that washer still has the same problem. Offered to send someone on Monday, After paying $85 to be told "everything is fine" I decided to call someone else. Since this company is one of your "award winners", I am starting to re-think using Angie's List.

    It was a good company. He said he would take care of it in a few minutes and he did. He didn't even charge me the minimum but it was excellent service. He was very quick. I would definitely recommend them to a friend because I got good service at a very fair price.
