    Elite Chiropractic
Positive: Dr. Matt Kelly is knowledgeable and seems to want his patients to get better. He is extremely chatty; making it hard to get a word in edgewise (this could be a good or a bad thing depending on if you want conversation). Negative things: A word of caution regarding Elite Chiropractic's and Dr. Matt Kelly: He is extremely unethical regarding insurance. They do not adequately explain benefits and how they will be billing. If you are going to see the chiropractor, BEWARE that they bill for more than just chiropractic's. While I saw Dr. Matt Kelly, he billed for Physical Therapy visits as well as Chiropractic. That may not be an issue for some people. However, I was also seeing a physical therapist for rehab from a separate injury. Dr. Matt knew this the entire time I was going to see him, (he asked me occasionally how my physical therapy was going) and he nor his staff thought to mention to me that they were also billing PT, and that might be an issue with the limited PT visits I have per year. This ended up causing me $1000 dollars in medical bills from my physical therapist, because my insurance denied the claims due to maximum benefit reached(since Dr. Matt had used up my visits unbeknownst to me). DO NOT GO TO DR. MATT unless you are extremely familiar with how chiropractors bill as well as your exact benefits. Elite Chiropractic WILL NOT inform you on the specifics. They will simply run your insurance and tell you if you are covered or not. I spoke with several other chiropractors, social workers, and lawyers concerning this. Every single one of them was aghast at this situation. However unethical it was, it was legal so I had nothing I could do. Dr. Matt is greedy and unethical. I did not see a single bill nor EOB from them until it was too late to do anything about.

    Mantra Massage & BodywoRx
My 60 minute cranial-sacral massage was amazing. It made all the difference in alleviating my headache. My massage therapist was so professional and knew exactly what to do to treat my pain. I am so thankful I made the appointment and definitely plan to make other appointments. I cannot recommend Mantra highly enough!

    Nani Massage
I am so glad I decided to visit Nani because I have been having issues with my low back, and shoulder.  As soon as she started working on me and she found out my problem areas she already was working on loosening my sore, tight muscles before I even had to tell her I had stuff going on in those areas.  She knew I had done something to my shoulder which I had injured years ago playing football.  She was so helpful in recommending me how to help ease my tension from the injury and the benefits of massage and how it could help my muscles which had been hurting and bothering me for so many years.  The front staff was very knowledgeable of services and helped me schedule a Swedish Massage with their Warm Bamboo Infusion add on service.  It was so nice to get a relaxing massage but a massage that I knew was going to help me feel better in the long run too!  My therapist was focused and very nice, and my massage was just truly amazing.  I can't wait for my next appointment so that I can continue to feel better and better!  I will be a member for a very long time!

    Nani Massage
I was excited to see my current therapist's new business so I thought I'd try it out.  I was really impressed with the therapist's attention to my sore and tight muscles.  I scheduled a deep tissue massage with one of the therapists and since I work all day in a warehouse and drive sometimes over an hour to get to work and home, I was hoping to take a break from my stressful day. The massage I got from the therapist helped me so much to relax my achy muscles and she eased my stress from sitting in traffic and carrying heavy merchandise at work all day.  I felt so much better after my massage and can't wait for my next massage appointment.  The front desk staff was so helpful finding the right therapist for me and was able to answer all my questions and schedule me quickly.  I would recommend this therapist and this company to anyone looking for a great massage that target's where they need it and really works toward's their client's needs.  I'm happy I tried NANI out and I hope you try them out as well!

My friend who has had many massages in her life was blown away.  Aruntha was able to release knots in her muscles that had been a problem for years.  I  highly recommend  Therapeutic Medical Massage.

Toddler Time is a great place to take your children - both of my children started at 8 weeks. It's a very family friendly environment where the staff take into account the needs of each child.
Due to a move we had to change child care providers but I would send them there again and refer friends and family to try them.

After my first appointment with Aruna I knew that I would never look for another massage therapist.  I was in so much pain at the time, but by the end of the massage it felt as though it had melted away. I knew when she pulled out the hot bamboo sticks I was in for a real treat! :)  I have been to several massage therapists here in Cincinnati, the US, and overseas.  She is by far the very best!  She is very professional, arrives on time, and most importantly she cares about her client.  I can tell she isn't just working until the time is up so she can move on.  She is genuinely concerned about my health and takes her time.  Honestly, I have been getting massages from Aruna for about 4 years now & I have had the opportunity to get to know her on a personal level.  She is incredibly kind and compassionate.  I recently was very sick and nearly lost my life.  Aruna came to massage me when I was so weak & I know she must love me as I'm looking back.  We are truly blessed to have her for our massage therapist.  My husband also gets massages from Aruna and he won't go anywhere else.  I love giving gift cards to my family.  It's so much fun to watch their face light up when they realize that they get to see "Aruna". I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed!

I feel a little guilty about the B ratings because it was a good massage and a good experience. There were no negatives to the experience..I just cannot say that it was fantastic or the best massage I've ever had. On a scale of 1 to 10, it was an 8 or a 9. I highly recommend this service. Everything went well.

I have seen several chiropractors in different cities over the past 25 years, for successful spinal adjustments that I need because of inherited back abnormalities.
Several years ago, a backpacking injury left me with multiple disc ruptures and herniations.  Afterward, I underwent physical therapy (including traction), spinal adjustments, medical massage, cortisone shots, pain and anti-inflammatory medications and acupuncture, but the sciatic pain continued and was chronic and ruining my life.
A friend kept insisting that I try her chiropractor for disc-decompression.  I finally did, and for the past 2 years I've been driving 60 miles round-trip once a month, because this turned out to be my silver bullet.
Because of my increasingly busy schedule (and almost $4 a gallon for gas!), I decided to try to find a chiropractor closer to home that had one of these computerized tables (which is basically a form of traction, but which I found to be much more effective).  I made several phone calls and found Dr. Roth had this table and was highly rated on the list, so I called and scheduled an appointment, making it very clear that I had already been fully assessed and was only interested in continuing the table therapy, which they said would be fine.
First, I was slightly annoyed when I arrived to find that I did not have an appointment with Dr. Roth, but with another, new doctor.  But because I was there for the table, I decided to continue.
Second, I was surprised by the open concept in this office.  If you are there for an assessment or an adjustment, you are out in the middle of the room with everyone else--similar to many physical therapy offices, but at least at PT offices they have privacy curtains that can be pulled if you're doing passive therapy such as ultrasound treatment.  Even the room with the decompression table had 2 of them in it, so you're lying just a few feet from another patient--very awkward.
The doctor was also very pushy, insisting that I needed to be assessed, x-rayed, despite the fact that I told him I have multiple x-rays from the Cleveland Clinic (which he seemed to feel weren't current enough) and adjusted, despite the fact that I told him I no longer adjust effectively because of spurring and other arthritic changes in my back.
So over the course of several treatments, I had a lot of x-rays (so a lot of radiation), which showed exactly what I had told him, and I had 2 attempts at adjustment, which were both unsuccessful (nothing moved but it certainly hurt--remember I have been a regular chiropractic patient for many years with several very good chiropractors, so I know what a successful adjustment is).
Third, having gone through all this, the disc decompression they provided didn't help my back at all.  They use a different computer sequence that is much less aggressive than what I had been having, and despite my telling them each time that it didn't feel effective, nothing different happened the next time.
And finally, there were other things about the practice that I did not like.  Their hours are not convenient for someone who works 8-5 (they have no late evenings and no Saturday hours, so I had to leave work early and hope I didn't run into traffic).  They put you in the low-light room with soft music for your decompression table, which is good, but they leave the door open so you hear the loud top-40 music blaring from the other room at the same time which completely ruins the relaxation effect.  They had a teenager setting up my x-rays, which I was not happy about because I take x-ray exposure very seriously.  I was supposed to get a 'free' 30 minute massage as a new patient, but each time they came up with some excuse why I couldn't get the massage (oh, she's busy now, maybe next time).
I understand that the practice might be experiencing growing pains because they've added another provider, but my overall experience was a disappointment.  They didn't acknowledge me when I told them I just needed to continue on with an established treatment--maybe they'll see this review and finally listen.

The place was nice enough, the woman that did the massage was fine--not awesome, but fine. I did not get the whole hour massage--about 45 minutes by the time all the paperwork was done and I was situated. But I won't likely return because I felt like they just wanted to sell me a somewhat expensive package and after I said no, they pretty much ignored me for the next client.
