    Waters, Dr.Tina
She has been a very good doctor for me. I've been dealing with sleep apnea problems for 6 years and she solved my problems. She was the first one that has been able to put it all together. They asked me a lot of questions which was really important with that problem. We discovered a lot of things that I didn't even realize affected it. She explains everything to me in detail and didn't leave me wondering what was going on. She has an assistant that took all the information. She was very efficient. I had to wait a little bit to see her.

It is not too hard to get an appointment with him. He has a great bedside manner and communicates well with me. His office staff is friendly and his office environment is clean.

    Kumaraswamy Budur MD
The office staff was very nice. I filled out paperwork and was seen by a nurse who asked questions and took my vital signs. I was taken to an examination room where I waited for a very short time. Dr. Budur came in, along with a medical intern who watched as he examined me. Interestingly enough, the exam was mostly Dr. Budur asking me questions about my sleeping habits. Once he was done, he told me exactly what I had and explained to me why I was having trouble falling asleep and then sleeping through the alarms. He then gave me very specific advice on how to correct the problem. Dr. Budur was very quiet - but very sweet, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.

It turned out excellent. We are on the same page. It takes a lot to develop a trusting relationship or understand what you’re doing. It’s a very efficient practice. You don’t wait long. They are very professional but friendly. I’ve been using him for three years. I see him once a year. They are very satisfying. He is available when I need him. They are very much on time. They are a wonderful group. The doctor has great bedside manner. He laughs about jokes. He is informative. He explains things quite well. I have a copayment. There are no hassles or questions.

Very well. I was led to my room. A technician roughly wipes you and then attaches electrodes. You then settle in for the night, and they monitor your sleeping with cameras and other equipment. The bed was very comfortable, and so was the room. There was a tv in the room, and I was encouraged to go to bed at my regular hour, and was allowed to wake up when I usually do, too.

I think it was kind of a rip-off. I had a nighttime study and a daytime one. It is like you sleep overnight at a hotel, and then you stay all day long, and have both things done. You hook up to all these machines. It was fine, but you cannot have a regular sleep, so I am not quite sure how they judge that. My understanding was that my insurance would cover a great deal of it. The actual procedure was okay, but when I actually slept over and stayed the next day, it was so expensive. All I did was, I slept for twenty minutes and then I woke up and hung out for two hours and slept for twenty more minutes. I do not know what it really did for me, and it was so expensive. I wish I would have known the cost that it was going to be to me.

    Cleveland Clinic
The facility was lovely, the bed was comfortable--it was a nice hotel room. The sleep technicians were not as friendly as the techs at the main sleep center in Cleveland. They roughly wiped me before applying the electrodes. I brought my automatic cpap machine for them to prescribe an effective level for it to be set. The technician had never seen a heated cpap hose before, and seemed very confused by it. I was surprised that she doesn't keep up with the latest technology. I was allowed to go to sleep at my regular time, however I was not allowed to awaken at my regular time. Once I was asleep for about seven hours, they somewhat rudely woke me up and told me that the study was over. (The other location allowed me to wake up naturally, and told me I didn't need to rush to leave.) If I ever need a sleep study, I will go back to the main location on Stokes Blvd.
