    The Liller Dental Group
I have been a patient of the Liller Dental Group for over 35 + years, at first with Dr. Tom and now with Dr. TJ. My most recent experience was a dental implant and another tooth that had a dental crown replacement. Both procedures went very well, and I had no pain through out both procedures. I have never experienced any pain throughout the 35 years I have been their patient. They have treated my whole family and now my grandchildren. I highly recommend the Liller Dental Group.

The dentist and assistant were absolutely amazing!!! However the front desk are pretty rude and uninformative. It feels as if they don’t care to help you or not.

    The Liller Dental Group
Everyone wants a Dentist who is caring, compassionate and highly competent. My recent experience was that and more with Dr. T.J. Liller and Staff during my recent implant procedure. I must tell you it was painless. Along the way through the many steps of the procedure Dr. Liller told me why and what he was doing. This gave me confidence to be completely comfortable. His staff, Melissa, Cortney and Danielle are first rate. It was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend the Liller Group. Dr. Liller has been my dentist for many years.

This was my first filling in 18 years. Dr. TJ gave me the anesthetic and I never felt a thing. Dr. TJ and his Father's Technic of administering anesthetic is phenomenal. The filling was performed and comfortable. The Assistant as well as the Doctor made this a comfortable experience for me. Thank you so much!

    Thomas W. Cordrick, DDS, Inc.
The best dental experience I can remember. Dr. Cordrick and his staff were friendly, and very pleasant. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Every aspect of my care was explained in detail. Dr. Cordrick spent time in his evaluation, and treatment plan.I never felt rushed or hurried. My insurance coverage is currently undergoing pre-determination. What ever the cost, I'll be happy to pay. The best!

    Kirlough Family Dentistry, LLC
I went for an exam to Kirlough Family Dentistry (KFD) on 7/11/20 b/c I had a cracked filling in a molar and I had already had an infection which I was given antibiotics from MetroHealth Express. I received an oral evaluation and x-ray from KFD and given another supply of antibiotics b/c the dentist was going on vacation and couldn’t see me for another 4 weeks. I was told by KFD that my insurance did not cover any of the services for 7/11 so I paid them $100 with my credit card for the full amount. They quoted me a price for a root canal at $900 and once again told me my insurance wasn’t going to cover any of the expenses b/c KFD said I only had dental insurance for routine dental exams and cleanings. They then proceeded to bill my insurance anyway. I called them back in early August and asked them if my insurance paid them anything. I was told by KFD that my insurance did pay them $53 on the $100 bill and they would credit my account for the $53. I called their office and cancelled the appointment and asked they send me a refund check. I then got a statement from my insurance showing they were paid $78 of the $100 claim! So I called again and was told “Jill”, the wife of Dr Kirlough, would get back to me. No one ever did so I sent an email to their office on Monday, 8/10 saying they owed me another $25 that my insurance paid them. “Jill” agreed and said yes, they did in fact still owe me $25 and that a check would be mailed to me the following day (Tuesday, 8/11). I waited but by the weekend of 8/22, still no $25 check! I then got ANOTHER statement from my insurance showing KFD billed my insurance AGAIN for $110 and was paid ANOTHER $55! As of Monday, 8/24, STILL no $25 check so I reported them to Nation Insurance Crime Bureau for insurance fraud. I have also made a complaint w/the BBB as well about what they have done! They billed ME $100, and then turned around and billed my insurance in 2 claims – one for $100 and the second for $110! They were paid $78 on the first claim and $55 on the second claim so in total between what I paid them and they received from my insurance they got $233 for a $100 visit! They refunded me only $53 of that $233 they made! THEY LIE about what your insurance will pay, then not only get money from YOU, but also get even MORE from your insurance! BEWARE of this place!

    Family Dental Care
I went to Lyndhurst Family Dental for a routine cleaning today. While the hygienist was cleaning my teeth I told her I could feel something stuck between my two front teeth. She said she would floss it out and did not offer any explanation. I got home and looked in the mirror and found an unsightly gap between my two front teeth. I had previously had this gap filled 12 years ago and had never had any problems with it until now. I called and told them they had chipped off my filling and caused a gap in my teeth and they asked me to come back in. I drove back immediately and was taken back to a station where I waited for about 5 minutes before someone came back and told me that they would not fix my teeth today. I am an RN and full time grad student. I told them that I don’t have any other free days in the near future to come back and have it fixed. They didn’t even so much as apologize for the inconvenience, just told me to call when I find a free day to come back. I have never complained or left a bad review for anyone or anything in my life. I am just so devastated that I have to be ashamed of my smile like I’m 15 again and am stuck with this awful gap for the foreseeable future until I can take a day off and have it repaired.

Dr Rita turned out to be the most dishonest provider I ever met in my life. She catastrophically COLLAPSED MY FACE and jaw! after seating 11 Ill fitting crowns that were not in our agreed upon WRITTEN treatment plan and I was left injured and deceived. She collapsed my jaw so badly I can no longer turn my head left! Shortly after my jaw took this CATASTROPHIC collapse, most of my bottom teeth tilted inward and the roots began to expose causing horrible pain. After Dr Rita saw how badly my face and jaw collapsed, she kept most of our prepaid money, left me in those ill fitting crowns and refused to fix them even after she put it in writing she would. Any decent provider would have refunded the money for causing this devastation, but insult to injury, she kept our money and told me “I’d have to go see a plastic surgeon to fix my facial injuries.. SHE CAUSED!!! My 79 year old mother was so DEVASTATED when she saw what Dr Rita did to my face she ended up in the ER for trauma. Dr Rita quickly attempted to cover up what she did and started telling me, “my face never changed a bit “. She starting reaching out to doctors hoping to have me declared unstable, but IT DIDN'T WORK!! I have multiple photos and OVERWHELMING documentation from other dentist AND a facial CT Scan proving my facial collapse from her procedure is one of the worst ever seen, but Dr Rita continues to LIE and deny it all. My family and I suffered serious TRAUMA as a direct of this providers dishonesty and I lost months of my life hiding my face from the public. I NEVER, EVER.... EVER.... suffered from an emotional condition that required help until Dr Rita COLLAPSED my “beautiful” face. HOW DARE THIS PROVIDER disfigure my beautiful face and suggest my trauma from her procedure is a mental condition I suffer as a result of something else going on in my life so she can take the blame off herself and throw it into my “mental health”. I think Dr Rita has proven to be extremely dishonest after what she did to me. I had a list of details in my treatment plan detailed to protect my bite and she never delivered any of it! This woman LIED and doesn’t care she put it in writing. I could have understood if an accident happened, but I will NEVER understand or accept the lies that led up to my injuries and then she kept an OUTRAGEOUS amount of prepaid money we trusted her to hold in advance. The day Dr Rita cashed our check and knew the payment cleared in her bank, her whole demeanor changed. That day the check cleared was the EXACT day she had me drive to her office just to tell me she was no longer honoring anything she put in our written and verbally promised treatment plan. She watched me leave her office crying hysterically in total shock after she told me she was no longer honoring our treatment plan that included restoring me in my beautiful previous smile I came to her in. That’s when I knew she was extremely dishonest and needed to be reported, but I was now at her mercy and hoping she would just refund the money. I knew at this point between her lies and my injuries it would be hard to let this provider touch my teeth ever again. After my facial collapse she went as far as to say, “my doctor said I am seeing things that are not there. A condition called dysmorphic syndrome” and I was assured “HE NEVER SAID IT!!! The written documentation I have CONFIRMING my facial collapse and Dr Rita’s lies is OVERWHELMING, but she continues to lie. She has gone to GREAT length to cover up what she’s done rather than just refund the remaining money to help pay for my injuries and leave on good terms. I was WARNED by several providers Dr Rita failed to correctly do my case. I had several LOCAL specialists who wanted my case and I have it in a proposed treatment plan, but based on all of Dr Rita’s lies, I chose her! I lost every single 18 remaining teeth I had in my mouth because Dr Rita failed to deliver on her word. They could no longer be crowned anymore , my bite was too badly broken and my teeth were drilled out too far. Dr Rita ruined my life AND my family’s life.
