    Anthony was very informative explaining the remove computer. Called the next day to see how everything was working. He came over to help me to set w/my wifi. Said I can call any time if I need assistance. I have already recommended him to a few people and will continue to do so. He is very trustworthy.

    I have used Jerry Jones of Tech Bachelors several times before, always with the same responsive, highly professional, highly knowledgeable results.  In this case I wanted a new laptop.  We discussed my uses for it and he translated my non-technical wishes into a high powered laptop which was very reasonable in price for the features I requested.  He bought one laptop from a store, found it to be defective and had to return it for another, a process which would probably been a nightmare of time and store doubletalk for me to  have figured that out and had it replaced with a good one.  He purchased the correct version of Microsoft office for our needs and installed this, along with some antivirus software prior to our appointment.    Jerry came for our appointment to our house on time, and without any fanfare, he loaded the other software we needed in stalled, integrated it into our home network, explained Windows 10 to us (my wife and I), and got us started.  This required loading a language program we use from a DVD and since he had an external disc drive with him, he did this while troubleshooting some other glitches we had with our existing laptop and network extender. Jerry is highly knowledgeable, efficient, and professional.  He charges a reasonable fee for his time.  He is quick to answer calls for help and advice over the phone is given and when necessary, he sets up a time to come over.  This personalized service from a reliable trustworthy source in worth it to me.  It saves me so much aggravation!!  We highly recommend him!

    Set up and installed a new networked computer and peripherals; performed a "tune-up" on our entire business network, including the back-up and power failure systems; downloaded and installed the latest software and patches for all network components; generally made sure everything was running optimally and doing what it was supposed to do; upgraded our security software and ?cleaned up? and optimized the other computers in our network  TechBachelors does what they say they will do; they show up when they say they will show up, and answer all questions with calm patience (even stupid questions).     He knows what he is doing. He is efficient, and he gets the job done the first time. I have used him a couple of times. He is of much more help than the tech support I have in my office. They could not figure out what was wrong with my laptop, and he was able to find the problem. The pricing is not cheap but I know the problem is solved in one shot. I definitely get more value for the money I pay him.

    After the installation of a new router/modem by our internet service provider, all our wireless connections needed re-adjustment.  Tech Bachelors had sold us our equipment and did the initial set-up, and re-configuring settings is not something I do easily.  The laptop and a radio were fairly straight-forward, but my best efforts to locate network settings for the wireless printer were futile.  The manual and on-line troubleshooting only confused me further.  I e-mailed Jerry and he replied within 36 hours with accurate information about the location and sequence for re-configuring the printer.  With that little push, I was able to re-establish  communication between the printer and our laptop.  Jerry not only capably sells and services technology, he takes the time to keep his customers operational and explains technical processes in an understandable way.

    Jerry had helped me a few months ago when my drive crashed so I asked for his help purchasing a new laptop. It is terrific and I wouldn't have been able to get this one on my own. He went over it thoroughly and updated everything before he brought it to my home.Within minutes it was part of my home network. He is wonderful to work with and explains things clearly..is patient, honest and an expert.  Who needs iyogi when you have the Tech Bachelors? My new guru.

    My ancient computer had long needed replacing, but I hang onto things and I was comfortable with it.  Jerry has assisted me before, to keep the machine running-- but now it was just too senile even for me.  I trusted Jerry to help me make the right choice for my style of computer use, and I had complete confidence in his ability to make the process as successful and painless as possible.  Jerry not only has top-notch IT skills, he also has remarkable people skills (for an IT guy).  He listens to you, he answers your questions (however simple), he doesn't talk down to you, he respects your level of computer use and doesn't suggest more than you need, and he's always available for follow-up if you have a question or a problem. He promptly responds to emails and phone messages. My case might have especially tried his patience, as we had to deal with a quirky internet provider.  But he endured this process with his usual dry humor.  Everything eventually worked out fine, except that a week later I found that I couldn't open a few old spreadsheet files.  One email to Jerry resulted in a phone consult whereby (with my prior approval to enable access) he used remote control of my PC to solve the problem. The charge for this follow-up: $0.00.  He knows his stuff, he's dependable, and his prices are reasonable.  I wouldn't hesitate for an instant to call on him again, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
