    Captain (owner) is very, very nice, professional, and works hard for his customers. He guided me on parts needed with suggestions to save on cost as well as having the best quality of work done. I had to order a special part from the dealer, which was not easily accessible to me. Captain personally went and picked it up. Even though it was within a few miles of his garage, it still cut into his work day and was a bit of an inconvenience on his part. He gives you a ball-park price up front for the job, explains the work to be done, gives you materials to read as well as recommends website research if additional information is needed. He also does auto repair, but his "niche' " is the RenU resealing and restoration for cars, trucks, motorcycles, and I think just about any type of equipment that may be susceptible to rust. You can take the parts to him or he will remove, repair, and reinstall is up to you. He provides warranties for his work, and most of all, he is a gentleman to work with. This is a family business that he grew up in and now owns. I would most definitely recommend him and would go back if needed in the future.

    My grandfather, uncles, and cousins own or owned car dealerships. The first paycheck I ever earned was from my grandfather's dealership in Detroit. I have been around those involved in the car business for much of my life. That being said, I would recommend Metro Toyota (Michael Ferrett and management) to anyone! First rate service from the first Internet contact through today's delivery of our new SUV today! My wife is thrilled & the grandkids kept saying, "It's beautiful!" Thinking about a new or used vehicle? You can't do better in Northeast and North Central Ohio! Since my first purchase from Mike Ferrett and Metro Toyota, I have purchased vehicles for my wife and all three of my daughters. Mike has been nothing short of spectacular, service has been first class, and the business managers (finance to service manager to general manager) have bent over backwards to make every aspect of our relationship memorable. I will purchase all of our vehicles from Metro and Mike Ferrett!

    The batteries in the key fobs were the originals and they were starting to lose their charge. If you turn the key, at least in my Sedan, it makes all the alarms go off and you have to jump back into car real fast to stick the key in the ignition real fast. In the winter time, at my office, I park on the surface lot and not the garage, not only because it's closer, but because I can stick my key fob up against a window, if I have a line of site, and I can start the car. That way when I get to it, it's warm. It was not working. I had 4 fobs and they were $3.25 a piece. I guess next time, now that I know how to open it, I can go to Target and buy them there. I thought you actually had to stand next to the car and do something. I guess not. The dealership treats me very well. There's been times, with recalls and stuff, that I literally brought one car in the morning and then the next one in the afternoon. I spent the day there and they brought me cookies and let me test-drive anything I wanted to. You get an oil change over there, it costs more than taking it to another place. If I have other things that I have to do, though, I just have them take care of that. When I had trouble with the convertible top, I kept trying to turn it off and turn it on, and set in a parking lot for half an hour, because I wasn't going to leave the top down. I'm scared to death of a big goose flying over-head depositing something on the leather and I didn't want to trap bugs in my car. I go in, they take the car. When I went in for a wheel alignment, they told me that the springs were bad. I was there for 1/2 hour and the car was on the lift and the guy was tinkering underneath it. He went to get his manager and they both came back and told me I needed new springs and they couldn't do the wheel alignment. I told them that I wanted to call around. When I decided to go back to them, the got me in within a day that I called. They are fast and everyone is knowledgeable and they know how to schedule people. They told me that the convertible only needed the ignition fixed, but the sedan had to have 3 things that needed to be fixed and they were going to take some time to work on it. They offered me a loaner and I said yes.

    I scheduled an appointment ahead of time. I waited in the lobby, and walked across the street Lowes while it was getting worked. They offer coffee and water in the lobby. There is also a television. It took about 40 minutes for them to finish. They are not really pushy with trying to up sell. I have been going there for the past 15 years. I always received great service and prices from here.

    Geauga Unibody Collision Repair Center
    I submitted an earlier review on Geauga Unibody after they performed an insurance repair due to an accident that my son had. As I mentioned in the earlier review, I was so pleased with the work performed that I planned to take my other two cars to get some preventative repairs and fix up done. In a nutshell, I received two more excellent repair jobs. What's more, Michelle in the office handled all of the details with the rental agency and even got me a free upgrade when Hertz screwed up. In short, these are nice, professional and competent people and I highly recommend them.

    They missed their "drive in 45" service time by about 15 minutes, but they did notice a loose tie rod which will be fixed by my dealer under warranty.
