    I looked around the greater Cleveland Ohio area to find a good used Honda Van. I did not find what I was looking for after kicking a lot of tires. I found Kelly's Auto Sales on the internet. I told Kelly exactly what I was looking for. He had 4 - 5 good options in the van I was looking for. He had just brought in a 10 year old van with very low mileage. It was love at first site. Kelly came in on a Sunday to show me the vans. I took it to a local mechanic to have it looked over later that week and sealed the deal the same day. It was a great van and a nice value. Well worth my 50 minute drive to look at his cars. I will buy from him again.

    Went there based in their adds of good deals , they are liars 1- they rip you off for your trade in they gave me $6000 lower than my fair trade in value 2- the online prices are lies based on financing via GM with a high rate of almost 10% interest . What t waste of time and unethical behavior specially in hard times like this

I have been around those involved in the car business for much of my life. That being said, I would recommend Metro Toyota (Michael Ferrett and management) to anyone! First rate service from the first Internet contact through today's delivery of our new SUV today! My wife is thrilled & the grandkids kept saying, "It's beautiful!" Thinking about a new or used vehicle? You can't do better in Northeast and North Central Ohio! Since my first purchase from Mike Ferrett and Metro Toyota, I have purchased vehicles for my wife and all three of my daughters. Mike has been nothing short of spectacular, service has been first class, and the business managers (finance to service manager to general manager) have bent over backwards to make every aspect of our relationship memorable. I will purchase all of our vehicles from Metro and Mike Ferrett!

    The buying experience was an A. As a whole I was very happy with what happened. A salesman was very anxious, more than willing to help when we got in and did all that stuff, but it seems once the purchase was over, he was not as connected. I guess that’s the way I would put it. I don’t know, maybe it was just me. If someone buys something like that from you, you would think for a little while you would be able to recognize us and say “hello” for a while after. I don’t expect the red-carpet treatment every time I walk in the door but you think he might recognize you. Maybe he was just having a bad day or bad month. Except for that, everything else worked fine. The sales manager and all the support staff were fine. I had a special license plate and I wanted that set up and they were more than accommodating for that. I did some negotiating on price and am more than pleased with the vehicle.

    I liked the service and the way we got treated. The grade is basically for the sales person and the way we handled everything. We got a great price on that car. The guy who was dealing with the financing tried to sell us insurance, and extended warranty. He was a little unscrupulous in the way he was doing. He started explaining all of the things of the insurance plan before explaining it was an option. The sales guy was great. When they checked my credit they asked for an 84 month financing. We never asked for that. I thought that was wrong for him to do that. They were great in responding and getting the sale done and at the price we wanted to get it out. The payments are reasonable and it really is a great interest rate.
