Echo Hearing & Audiology of Cleveland
Dr. Lewis is very persistent and tries very hard to improve the quality of your hearing. I'm not quite ready for new aids yet, but I'm sure I'll be replacing my old aids in the near future. He will be helpful in working out a payment schedule with me, interest free.

I was able to make an appointment easily and quickly.  I met with Dr Levenfus.  Dr Levenfus was patient and accommodating. Dr Levenfus made as many adjustments as required to assure that the hearing aid was properly fitted. Cedar Audiology is a very professional and the best.

He was very attentive.  He took his time and answered all my questions. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it.  He explain my test results to me.  I got my results same day.

I was very happy with the service.  The office was pleasant and I didn't have to wait long.  The staff was professional and thorough.  The Dr. showed and explained the report to me, and it was free!

    HEARINC
Shera did detailed testing of my father's hearing . The tests took approximately an hour. We got to know each other during this process and she established rapport and understanding as she diagnosed the problem. She explained the options available and was able to answer all of our questions. Hearinc does very little advertising -- it is a group of highly trained professionals who are patient-centered and in this to provide help, rather than to simply make a profit. They are a member of the exclusive Audigy Group, which selects only the best audiology consultants in the country to be members. One cannot apply to be a member of the Audigy Group - it is an honor bestowed by the Group. Hearinc offers a 90 day trial period for its hearing aids, and they are always available for appointments and answering questions.

    Miser, Mary A
My appointment was at 1:00 PM. Promptly at 1:00 PM the office opened and I was admitted. I was greeted by Mary Miser and her husband who both are Clinical Audiologists. Their office is clean and comfortable. Mr. and Mrs. Miser made me feel right at home from the very start. I am 78 years old and have had ear wax removed about 5 times over the past 10 years. The amount of wax they removed was the most and deepest I can recall. It was all done with a minimum of discomfort. I will definitely visit them again when that ear waxes up again.

    Bringman, Dr. Norman A.
Based on a visit to an ENT doctor and a subsequent independent audiology test, I determined that I could enhance my quality of life with a pair of hearing aids. I chose to go to the office of Norman Bringman in Fairview Park as they took good care of my father-in-law in prior years and appeared to be caring and cost effective. I have been working with Karen Smith (25+ yrs. experience).  On the first visit she reviewed my audiogram, inquired about what specific problems I was having, and recommended a type of aids that she felt would address my problem and would not break the bank.  On the second visit, the aids were introduced to me and fine tuned to suit my life style.  A third visit was to address any concerns that I had as a new user and to make further adjustments to address my concerns.  My last visit was to be sure that all was well and that I was happy with my hearing aids. While the location and office is not fancy, Karen and the staff are quite friendly and caring.  They appear to be very honest and not about to put you into aids that you don't need. I definitely would recommend, and have, them.

    Lombardo, Dr. Lorraine A
Dr. Lombardo is a very competent audiologist with a pleasant personality. She helped me with the selection of my first set of hearing aids. She was most helpful in describing the various options and providing an objective opinions on the pros and cons of each option. She was most helpful and accommodating when I needed repairs.

I purchased a remote with my hearing aids. The remote allows you to increase or decrease the volume in each of the 4 settings programmed into the hearing device. I wanted to try out the new model which just came out. CAA would have allowed me to exchange my purchased one for the new one. As it turned out, I preferred the one I already have. CAA charges one fee and that is for the hearing aids. There are no separate charges for the many appointments required to get everything just right. You can find equipment for less online but you will not get the service which is essential for the delicate adjustments needed, especially for the amazing digital hearing aids now on the market.
