There were a lot of corners cut on the roof and siding when this house was built and those problems have been taken care of now which is a relief. I spent a lot of time researching and talking to 6 different companies before I made a decision. My goal was to never replace the roof or siding on this house again no matter how long I decide to live here so it was important to me that it was done right and I was worried about it. I had a lot of questions and requested some changes plus there are always extra things that creep up and need to be addressed that have nothing to do with the primary job like fixing the deck flashing. Gary, Dave and crew were patient, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Communication was really good. All of my concerns and extras were addressed without me having to ask again or give reminders. Timeline was good. Cleanup was good. Price was good. I am impressed with the way this company operates. They take pride in their work, they have integrity and they deliver.- Melissa F.

We compared 5 contractors before selecting Home Exteriors. We believe price and quality workmanship would have been comparable but what differentiated Home Exteriors was the value of the materials used, better for the same price as other contractors. The professionalism of each of his crews was fantastic and they all did a careful cleanup after each phase of the job. The quality of workmanship exceed my expectations because they caught things that I wasn’t looking for, and I’m rather picky. After the job was done, there were a few minor things missed and Gary sent someone promptly to take care of them. We made a great decision to select Home Exteriors and we highly recommend them to anyone interested in siding, roofing, gutters, and downspouts.- Juliano R.

AI need to replace the front entry door due to water leaking to my basement. I quoted couple of companies and some are not even showing up because the covid. Finally I choose Home Exteriors with great review and Dave is my salesman. During the pandemic windows and door manufacture get delayed, but I still gave Dave's team thump up for installation. They came to install windows and door in 25 F weather and spent most of time outside. They are professional, meet all my requests and focus all the detail. Clean everything after wrap up.

AI chose Ken’s Parkhill Roofing because they were highly recommended by the city inspector and also by a respected general contractor. John arrived within a few days of my call to write the estimate. The owner, Ken, honored my timetable for the job. The crew arrived promptly each day and worked continuously with only a break for lunch. John, Greg, Shannon, and crew were very professional and answered all my questions. Along with the new roof, Parkhill installed three ridge vents and the corresponding smart (soffit) vents, replaced several areas of rotted plywood, and installed and connected a bathroom exhaust vent. Due to the roofline configuration, the roof, vent, and gutter/downspout installation was very tedious, but the 10-man, 6-truck crew did a great job. They also installed an additional downspout in the area above the front door, which seems to have resolved a water issue in the basement directly underneath - an unexpected bonus! The work took three days to complete, two for the roof and one for the gutters, gutter guards and downspouts. The crew did a thorough clean-up each day. Ken called personally after the job was completed to make sure I had no concerns. After several heavy rainstorms and a big snowstorm, there are no leaks. I highly recommend Parkhill and would hire them again.

FCalled for an appointment and scheduled a visit. Rep showed up did a nice job and promised a quote. Then no quote, then a phone call, then no quote, then a phone call and follow up text messages. Then no quote. Then a phone call and excuses and no quote. A complete waste of my time. Just straight up tell me you are too busy and save me the frustration!

AStill happy with our siding two years later.... It all began with a friendly meeting with John. John went above and beyond to explain every detail of the job and answered all of our questions. After getting multiple quotes, looking for a balance of a fair price and a reputable company, I was happy to not have to sacrifice on either. Not only does White Glove Exteriors have great reviews they were also the lowest price. John gave us an estimated start date and Dave started the job right on schedule. We can’t say enough about how pleased we were with Dave, such a nice guy. He did a fanatic job putting up our siding. He answered all our questions and explained how things were going along the way. He kept the yard clean as he worked and at the end of each day. I couldn’t have been happier. White Glove Exteriors also put up new gutters and downspouts for us. We had a small problem with those at first (nothing major just needed an angle adjustment). John personally came out to oversee the crew, that the problem was corrected and the water was flowing as it should. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors about how nice our house looks now. We are planning to have our roof done soon and White Glove Exteriors is the first company on our list of places to call for an estimate.
