When Margaret and her assistant Mario arrived she said she had a PASSION for cleaning. Her words proved to be true. They were diligent, hard working, efficient and professional. I have hard wood floors and tile that needed to be cleaned on hands and knees and they did a thorough job! Dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, showers, bathtub also moving furniture to do an amazing job! FTerrible! I was contacted and told someone would be available on a particular date and time. They could not provide anyone on the first, second or third date they offered and they cancelled all three appointments. Finally they suggested a fourth date and time, I agreed with the proviso that if they failed to perform this time to cancel me as a customer and give me a full refund for the advance I made on my credit card, They failed for a 4th time & gave me a refund, Next thing I know someone comes to my door a short time later to clean. I refused admittance and said I had terminated Handy's services. Then I checked my credit card to find Handy had withdrawn a fee for this second, unauthorized, service. They have no given me a full refund and I do not know if they have removed me as a customer.

One of the few companies who actually came through with an estimate for a major rehab of my screened-in porch and other items. Mike's team (Mark and others) arrived when promised and worked on this job for several weeks until it was completed to my satisfaction. AI've now had two cars polished and coated by Flawless. The first was a car with beat paint and almost 150k miles on it and he made it shine like never before. The second was a brand new car with like 200 miles on it and the dealer swirled the crap out of it when they "detailed" it, he made this car ultra glossy and made the black cherry paint POP! I would recommend Flawless for all you exterior and interior detailing needs. Two thumbs UP!
