AThe Perfect Touch Landscape CoBob, as always, was able to fix the areas cut through by the gas company. We have been with this company since moving into the house in 1983. The irrigation system is an older system, most likely installed when the house was built in the 1950's. Bob has maintained this system for us and understands the older systems perfectly. He has always been able to find and fix any problem with the system that we have had. He is our " go to guy " where this system is concerned.- CHRISTINE E.

ABlossom Earth DesignBlossom was professional and responsive. They did a terrific job installing about 30 trees and an irrigation drip line + mulching. ANeighbors had recommended Shafer Irrigation to me. I was extremely pleased with their service. The technician did a great job checking out & starting my system (it wasn't easy, since my Seller hadn't used the system for a few years). I felt the price was reasonable. It was a little hard to contact them to schedule service, but it was worth the wait. I will be a regular customer now, and recommend them highly.

DI’ve been a customer with parks trees for years and have always had a good experience from them, this year one of their snow plow drivers slid off the driveway and hit our garbage can and a bush in our front yard, not a ton of damage but I wanted to reach out and let them know about it. Their office rep emailed me and said the driver did acknowledge that he hit the garbage can but not the bush so I sent pictures showing the one set of tracks in the yard and the minor damage to the bush. I was expecting them to just apologize and figure out how we would handle the damages once the snow melted. Instead I got an angry call from the owner of the company saying that we had left a nasty review on Facebook and called their driver a liar. Neither were true, but when I tried to ask him about what he was talking about he abruptly told me they were reimbursing me for the contract and cancelling our contract. I am extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism and customer service from the OWNER OF THE COMPANY! He should really leave all customer contact to his office manager as he was extremely disrespectful and irrational. I will be contacting all of the people that I have referred to let them know about this issue so they know not to even bother calling them.

AThey arranged to start the job earlier than estimated and actually finished it before the planned start date. Very professional, good communication, made good suggestions. They even came up with a specially designed coupling to connect to the neighbor's French drains without doing any digging on his property (with permission, of course!)

ADue to heavy rainfall over Labor Day weekend, noticed standing water and sewage appear. Called for an appointment and was given a time and date. The guys came and investigated with a camera and snaked out all the way to the street to fix the issue. Additionally, had them apply the root product to clear out the drain. Approved Plumbing has always exceeded my expectations. I have been using them since 2008 and will continue to use them. Highly recommend.
