  It seemed to be okay at first; however, I was not at all impressed with the "lead" man. I had a list of coupon codes from the company but they would not go through on their website. He told me he was unfamiliar with them but could give me $35 off my bill. He had me sign for the job and handed me my receipt as he was walking out the door. Upon further inspection of the bill I noticed he took $35 off but also charged me $35 for an extra room. So, no discount at all. Then, the very next day one of the bedrooms began to smell absolutely horrific. So bad in fact we ended up having to have all the carpet pulled up and replaced. They also kept trying to sell me on their air duct service as well as their yearly carpet cleaning service, multiple times during the visit. I just was not impressed this time. I have always been highly satisfied with their services but this one ruined the whole impression.

  Excellent...they had a cancellation before our scheduled time; called to ask if they could come early; very professional and friendly. Completed job, answered questions and gave instructions for how to best facilitate the drying of the carpet.

  We were contacted right away and went over what we wanted done -- about 1100 square feet as offered in the coupon.  An appointment was set up for a couple of days later.  John the technician arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning the designated areas.  Very nice, very professional, and we would use then again.

  We were putting our house on the market and had some tough to get out stains. I had previously treated them, but they had returned (and worse). He worked quickly and was able to get out our tough stains. He also talked about how the store carpet cleaners leave a residue to try to keep future stains from returning. We will be using Brent to clean our new house's carpets as well.

  Punctual and professional; one young man did the work alone. Carpets were nicely cleaned, but I was surprised that the furniture would not be lifted or moved as I have had done in the past. I managed to move most of the furniture and the cleaning was well done. I chose the free deodorizing since we were cleaning up after long-term smokers, and that also worked well.

  Stanley Steemer called about 15 minutes before arriving at my house.  They arrived right when they said they would.  There were two guys here and both were very friendly (nice firm handshake from both upon arrival) both were professional and answered any questions I had.  I gave the a tour of the areas I wanted cleaned and I was impressed with the fact that they told me if I would like any other room cleaned or any tile or grout cleaned they would work with me and would work on special pricing.  They got right to work and did a most fantastic job.  It looks like I have new carpets.  There were several areas I didn't think they would be able to get clean but they were successful .  I am very pleased with the outcome of the carpet cleaning. They did a wonderful job.

  The man that did the work was very nice but the results weren't what I expected. That could be because the carpet was too soiled, not necessarily due to his quality of work. His price was fair and he told me exactly what he was doing and his clean up was good.
