Dan and his assistant arrived each day on time and ready to work. They were extremely efficient with their time, quickly discovered the source of each issue, and completed all of my daughter's work requests within 3 days. She was exceptionally pleased that they surpassed her expectations. We would definitely hire Dan and his team again! Thank you!

The inspector was polite, on-time, and would highly recommend him. He took the time to explain his findings and answer our questions.  Due to a mix up in scheduling, he had to come twice. However, he was understanding of the mix up and promptly returned the next morning. He recognized our need to have the inspection done quickly and thoroughly. Unlike other mold inspectors, he did not try to sell us other services we did not need. If we ever have a mold problem with the house, we will be sure to contact Airguard again.

This was an Angie's List deal and scheduling with this provider was  difficult.  When the person would call and leave a message for me to call her to schedule, I would quickly return her call, and had to call and leave a message more than once just to get someone to call. To be honest, after all the attempts I can't remember the exact date when I was finally able to get the work done.  When the two young men came out, they were punctual and professional.  And the work was satisfactory.  I had to pay extra to get the drywall in the condition it really needed to be.  And for them to sand and paint would have cost  $50-65 more.   That did not seem like a good deal to me.  The area was not that large.  I'm not sure I would use them in the future, but if I did, it will not be with an Angie's Special.  I would instead get a quote for the entire job first.  Also, the date that I have entered may not be the correct date the work was done, so i apologize to the vendor.  I do not have access to my  files right now to retrieve the invoice, and I had to enter a date in order to complete the review.

and bring them back to operating condition.  I may it clear I would pay him for a service call.  He scheduled a date and time that I agreed to.  He didn't show, he didn't call, he didn't write.

I am an insurance agent and have been using Platinum Restoration for a while now.  The service is impeccable and the price is very, very reasonable for the work that is done.  Whenever a customer of mine is in need, they are always available to help.  I specifically deal with Nicolette and regardless of day and time, she is ALWAYS available.  She even helped me with my basement when I had water issues.  I strongly recommend Platinum!!!!

They came through and cleaned all of it up.  There was mold from the trees on my foundation and they cleaned it up.  They even wore bio hazard suits.  They also do fire damage and mold damage removal.

In the beginning of March, we had an unusually heavy rainfall with a foot of snow already on the frozen ground.  A few days later, I noticed dark spots in the carpet of the finished side of the basement.  I later determined that water had leaked through the wall and soaked into the carpet, carpet pad, and paneling along one side of the basement.  Presumably, the house (built 1951) had no waterproofing so the water had only one place to go -- the basement.    It wasn't a lot of water, soaking in to about one third of the carpeting, but some water is too much.  I called the House Doctors at the end of the week and Mike came by early the next week to take a look.  I had wanted to fix up the basement before the damage to eventually sell the house.  This gave me an excuse to remodel and waterproof it.  Mike gave me an estimate a couple of days later and I agreed to the work.  Initially, they would not have been able to get to my job for three or four weeks ( about the end of April).  We were going to be gone on vacation that week so we decided on the first week of May.  He called a couple of days later and said he could actually start the work the next week, if that would work out for me.  It did and they came by to do the job.  The three guys doing the work were efficient, relaxed, and unnoticeable (except for the expected loud noises).  They finished in a week despite being slowed by the damp basement walls that did not dry well.  The work was well done and has improved the look and feel of the room.  All of the finish work is clean and professional.  Mike later stopped by for a final walk through to make sure I was satisfied with the work.  I did not receive estimates for the work other than the House Doctors and I didn't need to.  I am willing to pay for quality work from good local businesses and that is what I got.

He did a great job, he was on time. He completed the job in the timeframe promised. He had full access to my home, since my wife and I work long hours and I felt comfortable with him being there. I felt like I could trust him. I was very pleased with his work at both my home and my fathers home. He did exactly what he said he was going to do on the work order. His prices very reasonable and thats why I rehired him and would recommend him to you.

The process was exploratory so steps followed, while they could not positively identify the leak, were logical and aimed for the best result. The final test will be a hard rain, but I am fairly confident that the leak should be stopped.
