    Bed Bug Solutions Cincinnati
Beside the fact that these folks are the most understanding and thoughtful people they are the best. They came in and wiped out not just the bed bugs. After 3 weeks a second time that they came in to make sure that always clear without me even asking them to there's no bugs. I now have peace of mind and an able to enjoy my home again. Bed bug Solutions is really a lifesaver because I was on my last mind break. Going on week 4 I am now at the point where is something itches I know it's not bed bugs. There is absolutely no sign of them whatsoever. Thank you thank you thank you and thank you again.

Although the wait is typically 15-20 minutes in the office, Dr. Wooten spends a great amount of time with you as a patient and answers questions in a thoughtful way.

    Sleep Management Institute - Kenwood
I went to Sleep Management Institute because of a recommendation by my cardiologist. There were two tests, one night you stay overnight with electrodes from ankle to head and you sleep and they monitor your sleep during that time to see if you are suffering from sleep apnea. If it is obstructive sleep apnea then, they recommend a CPAP machine and getting a CPAP machine with 3 different masks to wear and that is what I ended up doing. The diagnosis began with the cardiologist who said that I had AFIB and in his experience two thirds of his patients have obstructive sleep apnea so he scheduled me for the 2 days session at the Sleep Management and within 2 weeks time, they tested me and said that I was on the border line but I did have sleep Apnea and so they put me through the test. The second time, I came wearing the equipment they had prescribed. I have used the CPAP machine everyday since April and I am very very pleased with the advise and the treatment. Now I go only for my annual check up and I have good results so I am pleased.

They observe you over the night to see how well you sleep. They hook you up to machines and do different testings. The gave me a machine that I use when I sleep now and it has changed my life.

It was weird. It's so hard when you are away from home and there's all this stuff stuck in your hair. The first time I guess I did okay and the second time I failed everything I could have possibly flunked, but my psychiatrist said it wasn't severe enough and wasn't all that concerned. I definitely would recommend him. It was very educating and those things could sometimes point to the possibility of having apnea problems. One of my nephews uses a c-pap every night and he said it has changed his life, but it made me so claustrophobic. I guess I must be super hypersensitive because they had to completely revamp the way the thing was set up because I felt like I was going to suffocate. They were very good about it and fooled around until they came up with something that would work and that I was comfortable with. It was very nice.

    Dr. Stephen J Billmann
I think he’s very experienced and he’s one of the only providers around that has a lot of knowledge.  He has worked in many sleep centers.  He really understands about sleep psychology, not just about giving you medication or a CPAP machine, but teaching you how to sleep.  He’s very professional and has very good bedside manner.  However, he only works about one day a week because he’s ready to retire.

Staff and office environment was very nice. The doctor and nurses were all very polite listeners. The sleep study was fine and the person who conducted the study was very professional and polite.

    Maninder Kalra MD,MBBS,BS
Dr. Maninder Kalra is really willing to work with me as far as paying him so now he sees me for my copay and doesn't charge me extra because he's not in network but still sees me. The staff are very good and haven't had any problems with them. I've had two sleep studies and they both went well. The room they set up for me was good and I didn't have any trouble sleeping. Dr. Kalra has always been good at explaining, taking care of my equipment, and helping me with the settings. My sleeping has gotten a whole lot better since I started using the CPAP machine. It made a huge difference in my wellness. I'm glad they did a good job, saw me so quickly, and took care of it. It's kind of hard for me to understand his accent so I keep asking him what he's saying but that's not his fault.

    UC Sleep Center
This is a very busy clinic and you feel like just another number. They scheduled me nearly two months out for my first appointment which wasn't even with a doctor but their staff nurse practitioner. The sleep center cancelled my appointment at the last minute and found an opening for me later the next week. I waited over 1 1/2 hours on the day of my first appointment to see the nurse practitioner. She seemed knowledgeable and left good impression but I wish they had let me know upon check-in that they were running 1.5 hours behind. After her initital assessment, I was immediately scheduled for a sleep study. The rooms were OK but not very clean and I would recommend that you ask about bringing your own pillows. They don't want you to bring them in because of bed bug concerns but it will make your sleep study go more smoothly. There was very little follow up and I had to call multiple times in order to get any information about the results. I was told that the doctor (who I had never met with) read my study and had recommended going on a c-pap machine. When I asked  about actually meeting with one of the doctors to really discuss my testing, they were not really in favor of this and said that I should just come in for a fitting of the machine. This makes you feel as though you are just another number as they increase their lease/sales of the machines. I did not get a feeling of any personal connection or concern for me as a patient. I am going to request my test results and find a sleep center that sees me as a person who just needs a little time with an actual doctor who has experience in this field to help me understand my diagnosis and next steps.
