Car Dealership reviews in Loveland

I found a car that I liked, but it was more than I could afford monthly. I had already put $500 down. They were not going to let that $500 go so, they said, how about this other car on the lot. I test drove it and they automatically transferred my down payment and started the paperwork even though I never said I wanted it. They would bully me to the point where I couldn't make a decision on my own. I was bullied into purchasing a car I don't want. They had me so upset. They took advantage of me. They were on me like a pack of wolves. The 3 biggest bullies were Pat H, Ryan F, and Chris O. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone higher up to express my concern.

This dealer is great.  We were able to purchase a used car for a very reasonable price.  We found the car over the internet and called them.  The sales rep took the time with us over the phone to go out to the car and tell us about it and answer our questions. We put a down payment over the phone and then arranged to go down to get it.  My husband flew down to NC from Ohio to make the purchase in the morning.  Our sales rep Bert was so very helpful, met my husband at the airport and took him to the dealership.  Everything was prepared when he arrived, they put his information in and he had purchased the car and was out the door in way less than an hour.  In fact, my husband was able to get home that evening before dark with our new car.  We received the title by FedEx so we can title the car in Ohio long before the temporary tag expired.  Our overall experience was really top notch.  Thank you for everything.

We are comfortable bringing vehicles to them and feel that they do a great job with the vehicles.  They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off and they are good with scheduling appointments and getting work completed when promised.

My husband was trying to surprise me for my birthday by buying me a scooter/motorcycle.  They promised in their paperwork that would deliver in 3-5 days.  That did not happen, we called the company and they said they were just running behind.  We waited over three weeks and called again.  They said it was supposed to be delivered and the driver never showed up.  I waited all day.  We called and they had not reason why.  We set another delivery date and again they did not show.  This time they said the power had gone out at the delivery location.  What that matters I do not know.  Finally about a month after we were to receive this product we called to cancel.  We were told verbally by Lisa that we would incur no restocking fee, or charges of any type.  To our knowledge this was over, apparently several days later the truck did show up and of course delivery was not completed.  We are not even sure why the truck showed up after the order was cancelled, but supposedly they did.  The next thing that we knew we were charged over $1000 for restocking of a product we not only had cancelled, but did not even receive.  We fought the credit card company and disputed the charge and the company lied and we lost our dispute.  We now are expected to pay for something we did not even receive much less had cancelled and were told there would be no charge.  We should have looked on line prior, but after this situation we found out that they had over 600 of the same type of complaints.  Please do not deal with this company, I would hate to see anyone else ripped off.

Bought a brand new charger from Jeff Wyler in eastgate - rocker arm broke in the engine on my way to a concert. The staff there stayed late to make sure it was towed in and provide us with a rental - car was fixed the next day. Great service there.

Bought a brand new Camaro from this dealership and was treated like garbage. Took my Camaro in for an oil change twice and it took all day - they called me once after I dropped it off at 10 am 15 minutes before they closed and said it was done but that I needed to pick it up before they closed or I would need to pick it up Monday. I called twice before they called and asked if it was finished and they assured me it wasn't but would get done that day. Both times I brought my car in for service it also came back with two gouges in the paint - when I pointed that out to them, they claimed it wasn't their fault. Will never buy or have a car serviced here again.

We had just moved to the area and sold a car before moving, so we were down a vehicle and needed to make a purchase quickly. I contacted several dealers for online quotes, and Performance Honda (Katie and Conrad) responded with very competitive prices on Honda CR-Vs. They listed all drive levels and both 2WD and 4WD vehicles, all with prices well below invoice. I contacted the dealership by phone and told them I'd like to look at a 2WD SE. They told me they didn't have one on the lot. (In retrospect, this should have clued me in...why would you quote prices on a vehicle you don't have?) We decided we were still interested in a different vehicle and made arrangements to come in.

When we arrived at the dealership, we met Katie, who walked us out to the lot, pointed to the CRVs, and said "pick one". We took a tet drive, decided we liked the vehicle, and sat down to figure out the cost and financing. This is where the problems started. When we first started walking around, we were informed that every vehicle on the lot had the $529 Pro package (floor mats, etc.) as a dealer add-on. I told Katie I only wanted to look at vehicles that matched the prices from the online quote, which she told me would not be a problem. When we sat down to go over numbers, this $529 add-on was still in the vehicle price. I told Katie I didn't want this, and I pointed out that her original email indicated:
"CRV SE 4WD Automatic MSRP is $24,425; Sale Price is $*22,058"

And at the bottom it indicated:
"*Prices are good through end of month or until all incentives remain. Plus tax, $250 document fee and $48.50 temp tag fee."

I also pointed out that there was nothing in the email to indicate that there was no CRV SE 4WD available on the lot for $22,058, because every available vehicle had been modified with the $529 Pro package.

When I told Katie that this equipment wasn't something we wanted and that we would like her to either get rid of the equipment or get rid of the $529 add-on charge, she introduced us to Danny, who told us that those add-on items could not be taken off, and the price could not be adjusted. When I asked him if he saw anything wrong with a business practice of promising a buyer a price that wasn't actually available, he said he saw nothing wrong with it. When we heard this, we walked out.

We used their online service to get a cost of the vehicle.  We feel we saved many thousands of dollars dealing with them that way.  Our salesperson was extremely attentive to what we wanted and very helpful in helping us learn how to use all of the available electronics.  The car is like a traveling piece of technology, but it has so many advantages.  They were very patient in helpful in helping us understand what was available.  I would recommend using online service, because I feel like it saved us a lot of money.  They had a much better price than the competition.

I worked with Bruce Ihle and he was wonderful. He was willing to spend a great deal of time explaining the hybrid technology to me as well as Toyota's research into this third evolution hybrid. He was very patient and easy to talk to. He made the car buying experience, especially for a single woman, very pleasant.

I've never liked bickering with them, but we got what we wanted. We spent two to three hours looking at the car and coming up with a deal. I've never liked that part of buying a car, but I guess that's part of the deal. Still, they were okay.
