Excellent service! Helped me to trouble shoot problem over the telephone to relight pilot light on my hot water heater (after normal business hours). Determined that part was not working per error code, needed replaced and helped me to order part that could only be ordered by customer direct from manufacturer (again this was after normal business hours). K and K Plumbing totally accommodated my work schedule and came to my home to install the part in the evening. I am highly satisfied customer and recommend K and K Plumbing!

I originally gave Barnett's an A but now as I went back in to install the wall sconces and outlet covers, (we had the carpet cleaned so this is the first time this could be done) I noticed that most of the corners were missed and one wall has to be completely repainted so many spots were missed. The room is dark with dark colors but they knew that from the start and that was discussed. My wife and I will repaint all of the trim (brush strokes) and the south wall. Hopefully it will match (flat burgundy) so we do not have to repaint the entire room. Really disappointed. Picture of wall is just a sample - there are many spots like this.

Cleaner arrived on time, was very efficient and professional. I was so very pleased with how nice everything looked when he left. He also offered an additional service to me to clean my air ducts, which is still pending in the future. I highly recommend this company!!!

I had originally hired RC Concrete Leveling (Stow, OH) to level the front porch of my home in August of 2014. They completed the work, but after approximately two years, the porch had settled again and the mortar above and around the porch had cracked. RC came out again to level the porch and I repeated the process of hiring a contractor to replace the mortar and another contractor to recover the porch with the Sundeck material. I contacted RC Concrete once more several weeks ago and asked that they come out (third time) to level the porch as it had settled yet again. They showed up to perform the work in the afternoon of August 30, 2018. I stayed with the RC staff while they worked, where I observed the splashing of their leveling material from their wagon onto my driveway and porch. When they were pumping in their fifth wagon load of leveling material, I became concerned about how much they intended to pump into the porch, since it appeared to be much more than the last two times they had performed this same work. I asked how he knew when the porch was at the correct height, where he replied with, I just guess. Obviously concerned by such an unprofessional response, I handed him a level for him to use, but he never used it. I looked at the porch when the work was completed and observed that the 6-inch front porch slab had cracked in several places, which in my opinion validated my concerns that RC had overfilled the porch. I commented that I was not happy that he cracked the porch and was told, That stuff happens. At approximately 10:30 that same evening, approximately 1,000 pounds of the leveling material broke through the lower level ceiling of my movie theatre room onto the floor, woodwork, walls, light fixtures, door, and furniture. The next morning when I contact the owner of RC Concrete Leveling, Steve Cheatwood, he told me to contact Servpro or a company like them to clean up the room as soon as possible and then to contact him when this company had arrived. I followed Mr. Cheatwoods instructions, but when I called him he said this was not the fault of his company. He further refused to give his liability insurance carriers information and began making excuses as to why this happened, none of which were his responsibility. It is the responsibility of this company to properly perform their work and in the event of a mistake, such as in this case, they need to take responsibility for their errors and not simply blame others for their incompetence.

after literally hours of researching spouting/gutter companies(angie's list, BBB reviews, internet reviews, etc) and Valor gutter guards (internet reviews, youtube videos), I decided that The Gutter Boys, being the only installer of the Valor gutter guards, and the company with such glowing reviews, was the one to call. Sadly, after talking with the rep a few minutes ago, they do not service our area of NE Ohio. It is a shame that Angie's list , as well as their website, does not list their specific coverage areas of NE Ohio, which is the reason for the C rating. I spent the entire morning looking for a company that garnered such high reviews, and was lucky enough that they were the closest installers of what I felt was the best product. All of that waste of time could have been avoided if the company's website and/or Angie's list had listed the area covered.

I could not have been more pleased. He is very honest & fair. They were always right on time and very hard workers! I have been very pleased with their work on a roof, he resolved a hard to fix drainage problem on 2 of my homes,. They do a beautiful job with concrete driveways & patios too! He is also one of the best & quickest painters I have ever hired and his attention to detail is much appreciated! He doesn't stop until the job is finished to perfection. Highly recommend!

great-this was a company coupon through Angie's list:$311 for 2 movers and a truck for 4 hours, and it worked out perfectly, even with 3 separate addresses and 2 nearby cities involved in the move; we did pay for an extra hour

I called Alliance Drain on Friday morning regarding back up in main drain in basement. Jay came out in early afternoon and snaked &flushed 90' in main drain. The house was built in 1893, so cap on drain naturally did not turn with wrench, had to be pried off and was replaced with a good usable cap. This was all done with literally no mess. Not knowing what to expect, I had covered the shower and shelving with a drop cloth prior to Jay's arrival-this turned out to be totally unnecessary. He even wiped up the floor-left no mess or evidence that there had been any problem. I also asked his opinions on other much needed plumbing work that I had been putting off, and will be setting up dates for that work to be done. Jay was KNOWLEDGEABLE, courteous , respectful, friendly. Explained the process. I will reiterate that the house is old, and I expected a disaster, but process was flawless. I would recommend Alliance Drain and Plumbing to everyone. They also have a Sr. discount-also a plus in addition to great service.

Before I drove into the driveway, the difference was notable. Excellent work from a far and just as good upon close inspection. Very pleased as was my neighbor. I should have done a before and after picture. Could not have been more pleased with the final product. Reasonably priced and excellent work. Highly recommend if your siding is dirty as will eventually happen, these are the folks to bring it back to life. Thank you
