About Us

I am the Owner/Muralist/Artist and work One on One with You, The Client. My Process Is As Follows... Step 1... You as the client and myself will meet at the space to be painted to go over your ideas for your project. I will encourage you to have on hand Your General idea or Vision , pictures from books and magazines to best show your intention for the mural. The more visual inspiration you have to show in the initial meeting, the better idea I will have of what you want in your space. Some clients aren’t sure of what they would like painted in their space and in this case, I will offer thoughtful suggestions and ideas to try to peak Your Vision. During this first meeting, a Rough Placement and Subject Matter/Theme sketch with Detailed notes will be created, and Measurements and Pictures of the space/Area will be taken .I will Also Thoroughly research any subject matter/themes if needed to aid in your design idea. Step 2... I will contact you within a few days and supply you with a Detailed Black and White rough sketch of the mural design, as well as a rough estimate depending on the size, subject matter and complexity of the mural. If you approve The Rough Sketch we then will discuss colors To be used. Step3... I then complete a color sketch within a few days To submit to you for approval. If there are No changes to be made to the design sketch and you approve the final color sketch then this becomes part of our contract or agreement for your project. The Approved Final Color Sketch Tells You and Myself In Visual Form What Our Mural Contract/Agreement should resemble upon completion. Step 4... A start date and work schedule for the mural ( based on your convienience or own personal schedule or preferences) will be set. A contract consisting of the Approved Design Sketch, the Final Total Bid for your project and a Client Information Page that has Sign Off Areas for all phases of the design process will be created , Your Signature Will Be Required and you will receive a copy for your Records. Also at this time a Down Payment (usually 1/2 of your total job cost) will be requested to aquire materials and/or special needs or equipment for your project. Step5... There are no separate or additional charges ,the original bid submitted to you in Step 4 is all inclusive, one price. If there are any changes made to the mural after the project has begun, there May be additional charges Depending on where in the process they are requested, but will be Discussed and Mutually agreed upon and a separate additional sketch/bid/contract May be submitted and attached to original contract. I believe my work isn’t complete until Your Space Reflects Our Contract Sketch And You As my client is Absolutely Satisfied and Love the End Result. Upon Completion of Your Mural/Project The Remaining Balance is Then Considered Due.
