    WOOF HOUSE
This was the first time I have kenneled my dog and everything went well. He was given a bath prior to pickup which is a wonderful service. My dog left happy and I will be taking him back to the Woof House in the future

    DOUDS VETERINARY HOSPITAL INC
The fantastic staff at Douds Veterinary Hospital were able to schedule all my needs in one day. Very convenient. Also, they answered all of my questions about canine influenza and informed me enough to feel confident about vaccinating my pup against it.

    Save a Mom Rescue
I contacted this organization as soon as a dog was made available for adoption, and I filled out an application ASAP. I never heard back, despite numerous followups via email. I only received an acknowledgment that I exist when I commented on this organizations Facebook page, 2 weeks after my initial application. And I still didn't really receive any correspondence; just a rude comment. I can only caution those who may want to adopt to steer clear of this organization. There are many rescues who not only care for the dogs in their possession, but also the individuals who want to rescue such dogs. This place has terrible people-skills.

I had Amie take care of my dog Troy while I went away on a work trip. She exceeded my expectations. Troy went on two walks a day and was well cared for when I got back. I will definitely be using Amie again.

I'm upset with them. The cost was way too much for what they did. I had made an appointment at 10 o'clock. I didn't pick up my dog till six o'clock. They told me, when I got there, that two people had called off sick or something, and so it would be late and they would call me. They close at six o'clock. By five o'clock, I had to call them to find out when I could pick up my dog. I was afraid they were going to keep it overnight and then charge me a board. I got there closer to six. I don't think the dog was ready. In any case, she said it was $52 and I said, "$52?" They claimed that they had to charge me $52 because the dog was so matted and so bad. I had taken my dog there in July. Because she had cut him so short, she told me to bring him back in January. At that time, they charged me $50 because he was very matted. I agreed. I had neglected him. This time, we had been brushing him out every night. So he wasn't matted. So she said, "I'm going to have to cut him down close and then have a skirt and a mustache because he is a Miniature Schnauzer." So I said, "Okay." When he came out, the groomer didn't bother coming out. He had no skirt on him. He had his mustache. I said, "What happened to the skirt?" She goes, "Well, he was so matted." What they did, I could have done myself. If he was so matted, then there was no work, in the way they shaved him. They shaved him down. If he was so matted, all they had to do, was shave him. So there was no grooming. They shampooed him, I guess. All I asked them was to have his ears done and to be groomed. So to me, for $52, it was pretty bad. I couldn't believe it. He was worse in July. He was horribly matted and they charged me some $50. This time around, I think they just took a shortcut by just shaving him and not grooming him really. I could have done that. Matting had nothing to do with what they did because if he was matted and they shaved him, what was the work involved? Nothing. There was no brushing out. All they did was shave him off. I'm never going to go back there. They're pricey. They kept me waiting. They didn't have the courtesy to call me when the dog was ready, even though I had an appointment. They knew, when I got there at 10 o'clock that they had two people call off. So why didn't they call me and say, "This is going to be a very long wait" or "You're not going to get your dog right away."

Their staff is excellent - very friendly and cordial -- which is important to me. I typically wait less than 20 minutes to be seen when I arrive for my vet appointments and not at all for my other appointments.

She completely  shaved my Miniature Schnauzer 's whiskers off without my permission or calling me. You cant even tell that he is a Schnauzer.  I feel that this is a complete lack of professionalism and honesty. She didn't have the courtesy to  meet me when I picked him up. She sent her son out to get payment.

I took our Dog "Missy" in to have her nails done and Dr Hudson found A Lump that was Breast Cancer. Scheduled a surgery and Then kept her overnight at no extra charge. The whole Office staff were very helpful and kind. Also the Price was not excessive in any way.

I found Jorge via Care.com. His company was well structured and I hired him when he came to my apartment for an interview. His demeanor is very nice and he was obviously an animal lover. When I went out of town for 4 days, Jorge fed and cleaned the litter box and also spent some time playing and petting my cat twice a day. He provided texts and pictures which made me feel so much better while I was away.

I have used them for sixteen years. They are very good. I feel comfortable with my animals there. They take very good care of the animals which is good. Their prices are a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. A lot of people would not want to spend much money on their pets, but unfortunately, we do and we want to make sure that they are taken well cared off. I have a high maintenance dog. He is older and he can be difficult, but they do a very good job with him.
