  • I cannot say enough great things about Julie's movers!  Julie the owner was there the entire day to make sure things went smoothly.  She also helped me pack some things that I had forgotten to pack, and she even helped me to clean my house.  The movers were amazing!  We have A LOT of furniture, and we moved to a house that is a 5 level split, it was very challenging to say the least, but they did such a great job moving all of our stuff.  The movers were very kind and respectful and went the extra mile by helping me re arrange furniture. They moved so fast that the final price ended up being less than what Julie quoted.  I highly recommend Julie's!!

  • D&D was great! Derrek was awesome and great to work with to get the move ready. Then the guys who did the move were so polite and took great care of all my items. I have moved 5 times in 3 years and they did the best job. First time nothing was damaged. I felt very comfortable with them. Moving is stressful, esp out of state, and they made that part go easy. Thank you!

  • Absolutely phenomenal job! Very gentle with everything. Nothing damaged. Got the move done in a very efficient manner. Would definitely use again to move!! Made me feel at ease and less anxious. Thanks so much!!

  • Outstanding service. They showed up exactly on time. The team of movers were professional, courteous and thorough. They made a usually stressful time much easier to deal with. Highly recommend their services. I'm know I'll use them again if needed.

  • I thought the guys were great, personable, strong and fast! And even though it took several hours longer than had been estimated (which added an extra $600 to my bill), I was still pleased and even tipped all 4 guys $50 each. HOWEVER, AFTER THEY LEFT I discovered that they had broken a couple things and never bothered to mention it to me. I understand accidents can happen and I would not have been angry over the damaged HAD THEY JUST TOLD ME! The one thing that upsets me the most is my dresser in the master bedroom. The back of it is smashed in on one side, obviously something crashed into it during moving and pushed it in and the veneer on the side of the dresser has a gouge out of it. Luckily these things are not immediately apparent, for if I had to look at it all the time I would be asking for repairs. The other item that was damaged was a plastic drawer unit that I actually observed them drop while loading, but did not mention that I saw it happen, and they never told me it happened. This happened because the one guy was trying to carry too many things at one time. I can replace that storage unit, but I don't feel that I should have to, don't carry more than you can handle!! I probably should have said something, but moving day was so hectic that it completely forgot to mention it. I know time was of the essence, so they wanted to get the job done quickly, but if something happens, TELL THE CUSTOMER! Don't let them find out later and then tell the world how poorly they feel you did!!

  • Ed was helpful and professional from the time he arrived to give an estimate.  The bedroom furniture was so large it had to go out the bedroom window, so his team had to hoist it to their truck.  One piece wouldn't even fit out the window and they had to use the door access from my bathroom (century home).  I don't think it was as easy as he was hoping, but everyone was extremely cheerful and professional.  Even with the snags, everything was on the truck in a little over an hour.  They assisted me in getting one piece into my personal pickup truck so that I could deliver it elsewhere.

All in all, I would definitely recommend Ed and Eyring Movers.

  • They were okay for the most part. Little by little, I’m finding a few broken items. The guy that was running it and person who packed the truck did so impeccably. The other movers used plastic containers to move items into the house, and that may have caused the damage to things that were at the very bottom of the stack.

  • DO NOT USE! WARNING! The integrity is in their name only - none for any of the categories under the ratings. Please note that while they mention 98% of customers refer them to their friends and family, 28% of their ratings as of today (before mine) are "D's" or "F's", and you can count on 10 times more people that were too discouraged to rate them. We have a family of four (2 children under 10 years old, and Integrity knew this!) that were left without a mover with less than 48 hours before we had to be out of the house! ALWAYS GET IT IN WRITING!!! (I am checking my emails to see if there is a quote)
PRICE:I spent 20-30 minutes on the phone with Kevin White of Integrity, going room by room, describing everything that needed to be moved. I also told him that we had a basement with storage, and a 20' x 20' shed FULL of items. Integrity had a special spring sale offering 40% off, or $59/hour. Kevin said the move could be done with 2 men and one 26' truck in about 3 1/2 hours for $325. However, when the movers arrived, the moving foreman (who to me should have nothing to do with pricing, that's what you call ahead for), told me it would cost 10 times as much, and that they would need 5 or 6 guys to move everything. I could understand 2-3 times as much due to other quotes I received, but NEVER 10 times. It was not like they did not know ahead of time how much was involved, and the fact that 2 other companies quoted 2-3 times as much after I told them the SAME items. The foreman refused to do the job unless it cost me at least $2,500. YIKES!!!
QUALITY:Can't really respond here, they refused to perform the work.
RESPONSIVENESS:I saw another rating where someone had difficulty reaching Integrity. They VERY RARELY answer the phone. It took me about a week to just get the quote. They claimed to have an "A" or "A+" Rating on Angie's List, which I see is now already down to a "B", and I would presume falling fast. I was originally scheduled for 6/18/12 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. I had to change my move date to 6/25/12 due to the buyer of my home having delays in the process, which is common, and changing move dates for any moving company should be common for that reason. I left a message with no response. I emailed and finally got through, and now I was scheduled for 6/25/12 from 12 p.m. to 4.pm. On 6/18/12, we received a message that the move was scheduled now from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on 6/25/12. We thought, great!...A slot must have opened up in the morning!
PUNCTUALITY:However, by 10 a.m. on 6/25/12, there was no call to let us know when the movers would come, so I began to leave messages. Yes, messages, because they don't answer their phone, remember? We had a satellite company waiting for TV's, and other companies scheduled at the new home. I finally received a call about 1:30 p.m., saying that the time was in fact 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Why did it take more than THREE HOURS to answer my calls? The movers showed up at 3:30, (nothing like cutting it as close to 4 p.m. as possible, especially after the messages I left, they knew I thought they were supposed to be there by 12 p.m.) saw how much there was, and I truly believe they threatened the price to be 10 times as much so they wouldn't have to do the job and have to work past 5 p.m. Maybe they were going to miss Happy Hour :o)
PROFESSIONALISM:By this time, can you feel the frustration? Family of 4, we're promised a service that's starting to look like it's not going to happen. I could understand the moving foreman's frustration, if in fact, the quote was miscalculated, but the job still needed to be done. The foreman called Kevin White to explain the situation, and gave me the phone as well to speak with Kevin. Kevin assured me that even if additional time was needed the following morning, the job would be finished. Immediately after I got off of the phone with Kevin, the foreman proceeded to tell me that even if we paid twice as much, we wouldn't have our move completed. The run-around was on, and I had had enough. Out of frustration, I insisted, with a raised voice that they complete the job AS PROMISED. That was all they could handle, which was their goal, to find a way out of the job, and left without touching a thing! Now, Integrity will say that profanity was used. Just remember that it was only after they were stepping into their truck to leave that this began, and I am confident many would have been pushed to this point, and would definitely understand. It did not matter at this point because they weren't going to do the job anyway. I conduct myself with utmost professionalism, and have to be pushed pretty far to be irritated this much.
What did we do? I rented a U-Haul and did it myself for $80, and with the help of some mostly non-moving experienced wonderful friends, still moved on time. Sorry Integrity, your loss! I have heard that moving compies "low ball" quotes and show up knowing you're in a bind and charge you whatever they feel. This was my first time moving in nearly 22 years, and the first time ever using a moving company, so yes, they tried to take advantage of me.

  • They were wonderful.  Their price was so reasonable.  They were the best movers.  They were so courteous and careful and they did a great job.  I had a grandfather clock and a curio cabinet and they wrapped it well.  I can’t say enough about them.

  • We set up the move for a Saturday, December 24th. He called and asked if we could set it up for Wednesday, the 28th. He called and said his father had passed away and needed to change it to Saturday, the 31st. That is unfortunate, however, it left us with a scramble and high and dry.
