    Called Whirlpool warranty center about problem with washer and had appointment within 2 days. Tech. Paul came out looked at the problem ordered the needed replacement part then came back 3 days later to replace defective part. Tech. was knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Would definitely hire again.

    Marty's Appliance Services & Sales
    Awesome! It took Marty about an hour to get the parts he needed. Once he picked them up and brought them back, it didn't take long for him to fix the dishwasher - about 45 minutes? Then, because I had just moved into the house, he spent a little time putting in a lightbulb I couldn't reach and even attached new feed lines to the washing machine. Didn't even charge extra (but I did tip him for his trouble!)

    Rieth Plumbing LLC
    Went VERY well. I'm already in the process of hiring him again to finish the rest of my plumbing needs. Josh was prompt, courteous, and professional. He walked me through the steps he was going to take. He's very neat in his work as well as his appearance. Will definitely refer him to family and friends.

    Ross Appliance Service

    The company came out quickly to repair my dishwasher which wouldn't drain. I know an average service repairman would have given up finding and fixing the problem, but he never gave up, practically taking the dishwasher apart, and found the problem. He was just wonderful. He spent a lot of time here and did not charge me extra. He was kind and honest. And very knowledgeable in all aspects of appliances. I think he could fix anything. I am very thankful for finding him and his company. Great job!!!

    I called the company for stove repair as we noticed odor of gas on several occasions over a 6 month period.  It was the Friday before July 4 and she said a repairman would be out on Monday and he would call in the morning to give me an appointment time.  When the repairman called on Monday, he asked a lot of questions about the stove and what the problem was and how old the stove was.  Since the stove was included when we purchased the house two years ago, I was not sure, but it was probably new when the house was built in 2001.  He was very knowledgeable and said it was not the top burner that I had suspected and more likely it was the regulator which was located under the broiler.  He said he would have to order the part and would have to check the price and call me back in 5 minutes.  He called back and the price for the part and the labor would run over $200.  He suggested to make sure that was the cause, the next time we smelled a gas odor to open the oven door and if the smell was stronger inside the oven then the regulator needed to be replaced.   I asked him if it was dangerous to wait and he said no.  I said it probably would be wiser to just buy another stove rather than spend the money to repair it.  He did not disagree and told me to call back if I decided to have the repair and they would order and install it.  He could have easily come out on a repair call, diagnosed the problem and charged for a service call and then came out again to install and charge for another service call.  I appreciate this kind of reputable service and it created a lot of good will in my eyes and they will be to "go to" people for appliance repair from now on.  We decided to just replace the stove.

    Ross Appliance Service
    I've used them a lot of times and they are excellent. They come when, his wife answers the phone. She tells you approximately the time he's going to come and then she calls you about 10 minutes before he comes. They come exactly when they say they are going to come. It's like unheard of. He's an older gentleman, he's amazing.

    Ross Appliance Service
    Ross sent Ryan by to look at my Dryer that had been squeaking pretty badly. Ryan was very courteous and professional, looked over the wheels and belts and stated that a new belt was not needed and just cleaning and oiling was needed. After he did his thing the dryer sounded brand new. He could have told me I needed new parts that would have been more expensive but when you do the right thing you gain a customer for life. I would recommended Ross and will use them again in the future.

    Fred's Appliance Service
    My appliances were covered under warranty, I contacted the warranty company and they in turned contacted Fred's Appliance. Fred's appliance then contacted me to make the appointment. They asked for my email address, and sent me a picture of the technician and the date and time window he would be arriving. He was right on time. When the technician, Brian found the problem with the washer (which was the belt), he found that it had to be ordered. He ordered the belt and had it shipped the next day to our home. When the belt arrived he came back and completed the job. I was very happy with the very professional manner Brian worked while in our home. He always had covers on his shoes and a tool blanket down while working. He also had a very friendly manner and cleaned up after the work was completed. When Brian worked on the Amana Dryer, he found that the problem was the timer. He also found that due to it's age the timer was no longer available, so the dryer could not be fixed. He contacted the warranty company and told them of the situation. The warranty company then contacted me and made arrangements for a new dryer. Overall I thought the work Brian did was outstanding, and that Fred's appliance was a very good company to work with.

    Repeated phone calls were made to provider to get apt scheduled. I needed a late afternoon or Saturday appt for a washer repair. 2/3 people I spoke with were borderline rude and/or acted like they were doing me a favor just to talk to me. I got the run around (told several different things) and the burden of trying to get apt scheduled was placed on me. I was told to call daily to see if they could get to me. When I called today, one woman said and quot;Can you be home at 3 pm? The repair man can/will be there at 3 p.m.and quot; I told her I could and immediately cancelled another appointment so I could be there at that time. About 25 minutes later, another person called me back around 3 pm and informed me that the repair person was NOT coming after all ... and quot;He wasn't in my area.and quot; I attempted to voice my anger over being jerked around and the woman kept interrupting me, making lengthy excuses. I finally asked her to let me speak and to please not interrupt so I could give her the whole story of what happened. Again, excuses made. I never once felt they really wanted my business during my contacts with them. Professionalism and customer service was poor. When I asked to be removed from the and quot;wait listand quot; (because they wouldn't give me a firm apt time/date). I was told, Good luck finding another company to service your washer.and quot;

    I would never use or recommend this company to anyone! AND, I amvery happy to say another Angies List provider was more than happy to provide me with the needed repair service, was polite and friendly and will be coming out to get the job done early next week!

    Allied Appliance Maintenance Co
    Matt Saal was able to diagnose my frig problem over the phone and ordered parts from the model number. He gave me a temporary tip to hold me over until parts arrived. When he did come to make repairs, he was efficient, professional and answered all of my questions. Allied goes on my speed dial for appliance repair!
