    I bought my car there eleven years ago, and whenever the letters and numbers pop up for maintenance, I take it in and get it done. I got 208,00, on an CRV, and they keep it running beautifully. They get a A+ for everything, or I wouldn't keep going back. I even complained about things that were wrong, and they told me I was wrong, and there was nothing wrong with the car.

    Here is a timeline of what happened at Eddie���s Super Service in Grove City:

    5/16/11:  I dropped off my vehicle for repairs (replacement of motor).  I was told that a mechanic would be in touch with me later that day or week with an estimate of what needed to be done.

    5/18/11:  I called Eddie���s to see what the estimate was going to be.  The mechanic, Steve, informed me that the vehicle would need a replacement motor, which was what I expected.  The estimated cost was $2500, which I agreed to and felt was reasonable.  I told Steve to go ahead and proceed with the repair.  He stated that it would be approximately 1 week to get it finished, which I agreed to as well.

    5/26/11:  I called Eddie���s to see if the repair was completed yet.  The mechanic, Steve stated that they were running behind and couldn���t get to it until the weekend.  I agreed to postponing it until then.

    5/30/11.  I called Eddie���s to see if the repair was completed yet.  The mechanic, Steve, said that the original engine that was going to be used had arrived, however it had twice the amount of mileage than he had expected.  He said he had found another engine and that he could begin with the replacement and have it finished by the end of the week.  I agreed to postponing it again.

    6/3/11:  I called Eddie���s to see if the repair was completed yet.  Steve said that he was swamped, but would work on it over the weekend and would have it completed no later than Tuesday.  I told him I would call on Monday to see how things were going.

    6/6/11:  I called Eddie���s to follow-up with Steve.  He stated that he was swamped and could not get to it until Friday.  Given the history with postponing the repair, I told Steve that we could not wait any longer.  He said that it was the best he could do.  I then handed the phone to my wife who is the primary driver of that vehicle.  She told him that she couldn���t wait any longer, to which Steve said, ���Come and pick up your f***ing jeep��� and hung up on her.  We were both in a state of disbelief, so we drove to Eddie���s to clarify what was going on.  My wife spoke with the owner, Eddie, who told her ���Lady, I don���t give a sh*t���.  My wife was astounded and asked if this is how he treated all of his customers.  He replied ���I don���t care���.  My wife told him that she would report this to the Better Business Bureau, to which he replied ���I don���t give a sh*t.  Five more people will pull in once you leave���.  Then the mechanic, Steve, told her ���There is your new engine, and we would have put it in if you wouldn���t have been so sh*tty���.  Then my wife said that she couldn���t believe their profanity and then left the shop with the jeep.

     

    The bottom line is that it is unbelievable how this business treats their customers and that anyone considering using them should immediately change their mind and take their business elsewhere.

    Worthington Towing
    The company I work for hired Worthington Towing to tow my work truck which was broken down at my house. When we originally called we were told they would be there in an hour, this was at 12:00 noon. At 4pm when the truck had not arrived at our office we called again. Again we were told an hour. When I arrived home at 7pm the truck was still in the drive. My wife, 4 month old daughter and I went to bed only to be awoken at 11:00pm by a banging at the front door. Now my 4 month old daughter is awake as well as my wife and I, not to mention the whole neighborhood with all the flashing lights and noise. I went down answered the door and decided I may as well have him tow the truck since he already woke us all up. 15 minutes later after much banging, I went back down stairs and looked out to check his progress, best move I ever made. To my dismay he had the wrong truck on the bed! He had loaded dump truck instead of the pick-up. So we had another 1/2 hour of noise and lights. Fun Night!
