Great new office. Staff provided excellent directions and follow up. Dr McGough is very dedicated to providing the best care for each individual patient. Would highly recommend his professional office.

My first days were very slow going. I needed a walker to get around. Gradually, I eliminated the walker for just a cane, and then no help at all. I am now walking almost totally normal as if I have my own knee. Therapy is continuing at the adjacent health center with the objective of maintaining my knee flexibility and building strength. I highly recommend this facility to respond to these services.

    Quest Physical Therapy
I'm 4 weeks in, going twice a week and have really seen improvement. I wish I'd done this long ago. I've been getting massage and chiropractic care for years and while it does help, it isn't fixing the issue of muscle development.

Initially, mother only had physcial therapy, occupational therapy was added later.   The agency has a process where a licensed physical  therapist evaluates the patient and then sends assistants to do the actual therapy. The same occurs with occupational therapy department.  Upon mothers first visits with both therapies the licensed person was helping from out of town (over one hour away).  The staff both permanent and helping staff both reported there has been a problem with enough help for the agency.  Overall, all of the therapists sent to the home were excellent, proficient in their work, and offered ways for mother and I to continue therapy once they had left.  We never received a bill as the agency did all of the pre-certification and billing needed for therapies.  Once the therapies were started we were happy, but the office handling calls and questions seemed uninterested in our concerns, provided misinformation, and at times left mother and myself feeling  like our issues weren't there problems.  We repeatedly asked for a physical therapist that had seen mother a few times, before she had a hospitalization, that never happened, and sometimes the therapists did not call to arrange a visit time, or tried to arrange therapy in the morning although my mother repeatedly requested afternoon therapy.  The therapy was done well, but it seems like behind the scenes this agency has issues with intra-staff communication, staffing issues, and the ability of the office staff to be concerned of the questions of their customers.  Did I mention none of the therapists seemed to like the computer system the agency was using?  I do have to admit that at times it seemed more important for the staff to enter computer information on my mother than it did did to do her actual therapy.  This did not always happen, but when it did I often wondered how they would really know how my mom was doing with her therapy because they were too busy placing notes in handheld devices.  This left me, or her, responsible for counting the number of repetitions on the exercises she was completing.  I wonder who was watching her form?

Every time I had to have test done I have had to return because of screw ups with the testing dept.  Also the clinic will not do anything to help.  The orthopedic clinic is a joke.  I ended up and went with another hospital to get my shoulder and ankle fixed
