FGrass Master IncTerrible customer service. We used them for years with good results. Last year a new man came and more plus more weeds grew. My husband talked to the service person every time to work with him. Spring arrived, due to all the weeds we cleaned up spots and planted grass seed. First treatment same thing. A terrible mess. I went out to talk with the person and much to my delight our guy from all the years wS back!! Happy day we should have our lawn back again! I called the Grassmaster office to ask not to pay for the first ineffective treatment. I told them I was thrilled to have our usual man back but would not pay for treatment as described. We got a call back saying we had to pay for both services And they would no longer service our yard! Some great customer appreciation for so many years with them. ALawn & Order LandscapingWe felt very comfortable leaving the house for months at a time on extended trips. When we returned home the lawn and flower beds were in great condition. We never had to contact them to ask for special services or additional attention since everything was done correctly the first time. AOHIO PRO-TURF LTDhave an arrangement where they come once a month and take care of it during the summer and a little bit during the winter to. I have been using them for a few years. Their work is such that people in the neighborhood say I have the prettiest lawn. That indicates that they do a pretty good job. Their pricing is a little high. They come when the work has to be done. They are responsive. Once a cat stepped on the lawn and got some of the stuff on its feet which made me worried that maybe there would be some poisoning. When I contacted them about this, they were really good in contacting and getting back with me and assuring me that there should not be any problems. I would use them again in the future. I- Bill G.

AWhen hiring out, I usually expect at least something to be missed, or done in haste. I found nothing lacking here. Johnny and his men removed a huge Locust tree, leveled it with topsoil and finished it off with grass seed and straw. They trimmed our Japanese Maple, River Birch and other trees expeditiously and cleaned up way beyond my expectations! This family business does it right, and they are among the best I have worked with. This coupled with their VERY competitive quote made the whole experience very satisfying.

AThe team was professional and prompt. We were able to monitor some of the siding installation, and when we were not happy with the alignment, they removed and reinstalled. Being extremely hesitant to have siding placed on our house to begin with, we wanted to ensure it looked as good as it could. The only downside was that there was more painting to be done on the remaining and/or new wood installations remaining after installation than we anticipated. To be clear we were not mislead by the company. It was just a miscommunication. The roof repair was done a few months later to remedy a faulty installation (by another company) around our chimney area. The crew was very professional and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Some additional issues were found during the repair. We were informed ahead of time that this was a possibility. They were quick to address it. We have been happy with the results.

FWe called to inquire about their service. We were told a technician would call us within 48 hours to set up an appointment to come out and evaluate our property. After two weeks we called back and informed them that no one had contacted us. They confirmed our contact information was correct and assured us that we would be contacted in the next 48 hours. Two more weeks have passed and no one has called.
