AA P MARCHI INCWe have a new construction home and needed a driveway installed before my daughter's wedding. Because of construction problems and delays with a second garage we built, it put us behind on getting a concrete driveway and the landscaping done. We contacted several concrete installers and had them look at our property and give us a quote. A.P. Marchi not only was the lowest bid but also agreed to complete the project before the wedding weekend while other contractors would not. Our driveway is not a typical straight driveway. It has curves to it and he was able to give it an elegant look to dress it up on the edges with his trowel. We have had so many compliments on the craftsmanship. He would frame up the concrete forms and have me approve what was done before proceeding to the next step. I appreciated the time he took to make sure everything was what we had talked about in the design. He and his crew did a fantastic job!- Kathie S.

AGangale Concrete Inc.Coming from Pittsburgh and needing work done in Ohio on a second property, we hired Gangale Concrete without knowing much about them. AStonecreek Masonry And ConstructionEverything was great! They came and measured and gave me an estimate and was finished within a few days. They have done a lot of work for me and my families homes. My grandmother has had them do many things on her house and I have had them rip 10 windows out of my house and rebrick them. They also installed some new Windows. AMy first encounter with United Structural Systems company ( USS) was last year, when I had to face the decision which company I go for foundation repair at my house in West Virginia. It was equal bids on my project from two companies USS and Alltek. Unfortunately for me, I made the decision to go with Alltek Environmental Services company at that time. Foundation repair was finished in August 2019 by Alltek (please read my review, that I placed separately for Alltek). 48,000 dollars payment later foundation been done. I finally be able to place my house for sale this year and come to realization, after inspection is done on the house, that it is a presence of water leak in the storage area. I could not believe, how it is possible, when the foundation repair was just done 8 months ago. I guess, things were not done properly after all. After numerous attempts to contact Alltek company, I finally be able to get the response with another promise to “fix it” in the amount of $9,200 or later for free…if I take off my review of their company from homeadvisor.com. Lack of professionalism, poor craftsmanship and PR was major disappointment for me. To be honest, after I been treating inferiorly by Alltek, I did not have any desire to go back to the same company. I was looking for second opinion how to resolve these issues. I decided to reach out again United Structural (who I was hoped to remember me from last year) and explain my dilemma. Bobby K. (Sales Manager for USS) come to the rescue! He was willing to give me his unbiased opinion on the situation. Bobby K, “commander in charge”, went to the house and informed me, that “downspout lines were never installed, the part on top of the ground went nowhere and tie back patch was poor quality”. Simply put it, Alltek did a mediocre job. I immediately made the decision go ahead and proceed with United Structural Systems company for repair of the mistakes. I cannot say enough praise for the USS company and manager Bobby K. This re-du project was done in timely matter, communication was superior ( needless to say I live out of state and it was never an issue), area after the job was clean up to perfection and…the garage/storage area now look dry bone and beautiful. Awhhhh... maybe I should not sell my house after all?! I have a buyer on the house, and I am closing in 2 weeks and can say with all honesty, I could not do that without United Structural help. It was exceedingly difficult situation for me, and it was resolved by USS company with flying colors. Thank you again USS. I recommend you without any hesitation!!! AVery professional job. Top notch service and work ethic. Could never tell we had the ceiling repaired and the painting was perfect. I don't want to go on because I need them to come back to my house to paint the whole first floor and afraid they might become to busy. When you use them you will be as happy as I am.

AWe are very pleased with the work. Two guys from Platinum Crete LLC, a sub-contractor of MJS Contracting did the work for us. They removed the old broken concrete and replaced the section in our drive with new concrete. The work was done in a timely manner, very professional and it looks great. We would definitely use them again. We are very pleased with the job and the price was fair.

AWallace construction came to my door after seeing shingles missing on my roof. Unlike the fly by night contractors that typically do this approach, Denise was very friendly, had a logo shirt and truck and was very professional. They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Our new roof looks great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Will use for future projects, and I even have a few in mind.

AThe workmen had the old patio out and a new patio poured in one day. The next day two men came out to cut the concrete and then they were done. The new patio is beautiful and we have been enjoying the outdoor space ever since the work was completed. The workers were fast, professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend this company.

FHorrible craftsmanship. He did not order the materials as draws were paid, then wanted more money to order materials. Installed a boat lift as part of the project, it was not installed to spec and dropped our boat. The seawall steps have washed out from rain. Left trash, building scraps all over the work site.
