    Had our cars completely detailed inside and out. Crew showed early and was very punctual. They took the time to explain the entire detailing process, what, where and how parts of the vehicle would be cleaned and treated and the chemicals to be used. During the cleaning price they brought to my attention a few spots in the carpet that were permanent but they would try everything possible to remove them. After the detailing the crew took the time to walk me around the vehicle and show me everything inside and out and what work had been done.

    They do basic maintenance on one of our cars and minor repairs. I had just gotten a new car from them so they changed my oil and rotated my tires for free. We've bought several cars from them. Basically for the oil change I maybe waited 45 minutes. For any other basic repairs we've had done they've always, if it's going to take a couple of hours, they give us a car. I can stop and get one on my way to work and drop it off. Yeah they're good. They're flexible.

    Upon picking up the car my wife noticed scratches all over the hood as well as the appearance of someone keying the paint down the passenger side. We brought that to Tom Ahls employee s and were told the towing company did that and not while it was on Ahls lot...which isn't true at all. After several calls including talks with Tom A HoNG himself..they agreed to fix the damage and we left the car there for three days while they provided a loaner for us. Upon picking up her car after they called it done..we saw nothing had been done even after they had promised to 're paint the hood. They told us they would do nothing more and we could just be satisfied or not over it...THIS COMING FROM TOM AHL...THE OWNER HIMSELF. MAYBE INSTEAD OF CONCENTRATING ON DOING COMMERCIALS ABOUT HOW HONEST HIS DEALERSHIP IS....HE'D PRACTICE SOME OF THAT HONESTY...INSTEAD OF JUST LIP SERVICING IT...H*** IF THEY LIE IN BUSINESS DEALINGS..THEY PROBABLY LIE TO THEIR FAMILIES TOO...SHAMEFUL HUH?

    I contacted Charlie's about putting brakes on my car. They gave me a price for doing the service. I had told them I needed the car back quickly since I work through the week out of town. They got me back my car ahead of when I needed it and the quality of the work was well worth every cent I paid.

    We were on vacation in Tennessee and we couldn't get our remotes to open the car.  We called Onstar and they couldn't get the doors unlocked either.  We finally got the key to work in the door.  It wouldn't work for me, but my husband finally got it to work after several tries.  After he got the door open, he tried to start the car, but it wouldn't start nor would any of the lights, etc work.  It was at that point that we realized we had a dead battery.  We called AAA and they sent someone out to jump the car.  We located a dealer in town near the resort we were staying at and explained our problem.  It was late afternoon, but the dealer said that if we could get there shortly he would work us in before closing.  Dealer was very accommodating and fair on his price.  They included a safety inspection and also washed the car at no additional expense.

    I showed up for the appointment and little to no wait was involved. The gentleman at the front desk asked me to show him the issue with the door handle. I showed him that it was retracting and he asked if I needed a rental car which I declined. I waited approximately an hour for the oil change and tire rotation. The technician greased the cable in the door, but said the latch would have to be replaced to fix the root issue. I was provided a quote for this as well as an engine torque limiter that was beginning to show signs of wear. The tech did a good job of descibing the problems they found. I decided to hold off on the two repairs until a later time.

    this place doesn't look like much BUT they are the nicest, fastest place for an oil change in Wapak.  They are SO friendly, kind, and will explain things to you so that you have an understanding

    Service department called to advise what the problem was causing the thumping noise I was hearing. He advised the problem and the cost of the repairs which came to approximately $700.00. I advised that I had an extended warranty and he said he would call the insurance company and get back to me. He called back the next day and advised that the insurance covered the expense and that they had to order a part, but that it would be delivered the following day. Once they received the part he felt they could have it done in a day. I received a call the next day advising me that the car repairs were completed and if I needed a ride to the dealership that they would send their shuttle. I was extremely pleased with the way they kept me informed and the courtesy extended to provide me with a ride to pick up the car.

    Most recently Rainbow Muffler replaced my oil pan, but they have provided all the service on my vehicles from oil changes to more major repairs.  They're honest and work for a fair price.  There have even been times when they've quoted me a price and then when I've picked up the car it's been less because they were able to get the parts for less.  If they notice a needed repair they tell me about it without pressuring me to get the repair done right at that moment.

    Bought a new truck from them I found the truck on e-bay then called the dealership and ordered it direct from them . The description of what the truck had as options was not what the truck actually had on it .it said that it had UConnect Voice Command w/Bluetooth.And 6.5" Touch Screen Display Radio it didn't have either of these features . once i took delivery of the truck and called the salesman and told him about it and ask him to allow me to exchange for another truck it was too late he told me and it would be too costly to do so. And when I called him back he would not return any of my calls . I had left several voice mails and never got one call back . I also called several times asking about other general questions that you may have when buying a new vehicle . And again no return calls . So I would be very careful when buying from this dealer
