    I have let him come into my house when I’m not home multiple times and have not encountered any problems. He is extremely honest with me as well. I had a problem with a washer so he came out to look at it. He ended up not charging me anything and told me upfront it wasn’t worth fixing and I should just get a new one. He takes care of all my projects.

    The dishwasher was broken twice in the first 9 months. We had to request the warrantied parts from Amana and wait and wait and wait for them to come in. The second time we were out of a dishwasher for 3 months. Asked Tracy's for some assistance multiple times. They said we have a bad attitude and that is why we are not getting our parts. No offer to replace the faulty brand new dishwasher or help with getting the parts from Amana.
    If you want customer service, don't rely on Tracy's Appliances. They are arrogant and non-helpful. Tracy himself said our goal is to get the customer the lowest price. We now understand what he meant by that.

    Had a loud vibrating noise from my dryer. Called them and they got me in asap with the holidays approaching. He found that my kids sock was in the blower motor, removed and and put it back together. He could of said I needed a new wheel or motor, but he was honest said no damage was done, and just removed the sock... That is a good thing. On time and professional. Took careful steps to not track in snow or ice into our home.

    I called Tracy's Appliances to repair a Sub Zero refrigerator that I purchased used.  They were able to dispatch out a repairman who arrived at the scheduled time.  Quoted me the standard labor rate for the repair, and called to schedule the installation once the parts ordered had arrived.  Installation was also on time and done with quality.  Good dependable service.

    Returned call on Monday morning.
    Scheduled service for Tuesday between 2:30 and 4:00.
    Called at 3:00 - on his way.
    Completed the repairs.
    Cleaned and vacuumed the dryer.
    Was very courteous.

    We found Mr. Appliance via an internet search and entered our zip code to find our location. The website was very informative and easy to navigate. We called and described our issue and had an appointment scheduled a few day later (I called on a Friday).

    They called us when the tech was in route to your house. He had an ID with a picture and drove a Mr. Appliance truck. He also brought carpet to keep the area clean.

    In a very short time he found the issue and gave us a few options of the type of replacement parts to be installed. (Inexpensive to expensive) He did mention other services for future consideration, but did not make a hard sell. If I was not interested he said OK

    He fixed the dryer quickly and cleaned up afterwards.  He took time to describe what he did and insured that we were happy with the service before he left our home. He also gave us a number to call just in case we had an issue after he had gone.

    They did not charge a flat service call rate (like sears) and only charge for the time he was here and working. Yes it cost more that doing it yourself, but it was fare.
