Although we did not catch the squirrel it did not return to the attic and I was able to get the access point secured.

    Tech did not show up on day schedualed and said that he did and so i was charged for the service i was home all day and no invoice was left in door and cobwebs were still all over the porch which they are supposed to wipe down so it was evident he wasnt there plus i never saw anyone come that day

    Because I use a major pest control company for termite protection and external pest treatment, I called them to deal with our problem. They offered to treat two rooms and provide a 30 day warranty and then quoted a price. When I could not get an appointment arranged after several phone calls to a call handler service, I consulting Angie's List and called BedBugSolutions who offered whole house inspection and treatment with a 1 year warranty at a lower price and could come to our house within the next 5 days. The owners of the company, a husband and wife team, arrived at the appointed time in a vehicle which had no external indicators announcing the nature of their business. After giving the house a thorough visual inspection, they determined that we may have caught the only bedbug in the house. As a preventative, they sprayed each room (not including an unfinished basement) and treated all the furniture. Their service also included a follow-up inspection approximately 2-3 weeks later. Throughout the process, they were friendly and thoroughly professional. They answered all our questions and made very helpful suggestions. As though this weren't enough, they told us that at the end of the year, we could renew the warranty for another year, and could continue to renew on a yearly basis if we wished to do so.

    He was super nice and very knowledgable about the bees. Took care of the closet they were coming in from and managed to open their hole back up so they could come and go through the poison he put inside. Will take some time but should take care of the situation. I am very grateful. Will definitely use them again should the need arise.

    Contacted David on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to fix an indoor ant problem that I'd been dealing with for three weeks.  He listened to my description of the problem, asked some clarifying questions, and then because he was unable to provide service in a timely manner because of a scheduled family vacation, he did two things.  One is that he offered suggestions to help alleviate some of the problem myself and two, he suggested I call a former coworker who could provide service sooner than he could.

    Suggesting ways  to help alleviate the problem myself shows a lot of integrity.  He didn't have to do that, but he cared enough about me and my ant problem to offer a suggestions that might have ultimately eliminated the need for him or anyone else to come out.

    Finally, David is confident enough in his service to suggest a friendly competitor.  Again, that shows integrity because while profit is important, David cared more about me as a customer to refer me to someone else because he was heading out of town.

    Thanks David.  Though I was unable to use your service, I really appreciate all you did for me and recommend you based on what I believe demonstrates a lot of integrity.

    I contacted Chris on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to fix an indoor ant problem that I'd been dealing with for three weeks. He listened to my description of the problem and asked several clarifying questions. Because his schedule was full until Wednesday, he offered several suggestions to help mitigate the ant problem until he could arrive. Chris arrived promptly at the scheduled time and he was professional in appearance and in conversation. We talked about the history of the ant problem, the results of his treatment suggestions given over the phone, and then we discussed the treatment options he had available. After providing a very thorough education about the odorous house ants I was dealing with, as well as other insect problems, he also educated me on treatment options, all of which I appreciated. To Chris' credit, in my view anyway, he only offers the type of service warranted for the problem, as opposed to suggesting that "everyone always" needs quarterly treatments. Don't miss the importance of that. He has enough integrity to suggest what the customer truly needs to address their insect problem as opposed to selling customers more than they need just so he can make more money. Wow! I was impressed. In my case, his single treatment both inside and outside quickly eliminated the ant problem in the spare room of the house as well as the multiple entry points outside my home. Though I normally self-treat the ant problems in my home, I have become less successful the past couple years (taking 3-6 weeks to eliminate the ants in my home), which is why I called a professional and I got professional results. Furthermore, because I don't ever want this type of problem again, I will schedule Chris back on a more regular basis, not because he said I need to, but because I want this annual ant problem gone. Chris' integrity, first and foremost, as well as the results of the treatment is why he's earned a customer for life. Thanks, Chris!
