    Steve Jones Plumbing LLC
Outstanding service. Steve took on my New Bathroom addition in basement when 3 other plumbers turned the job down, (they said to much work) since our rough in was not correctly installed when the house was built his team Lead by Todd had to Jack Hammer the floor to correctly install all the roughed in plumbing. Big job, completed all the rough in work, passed inspection, since we are DIY they then returned when we installed the electric, drywall and flooring to finish up all fixtures and (replace water heater), which again passed inspection. They were always punctual and quality work outstanding, doing the little details, adjusting the bathroom vanity so it would fit snug to the wall like it should, Steve Jones Plumbing, is very fair in pricing, and he explained all pricing in details. Highly recommend this company. Thanks Steve.........and Todd.

    FELDHAUS CONSTRUCTION LLC
Jeff and his crew- Phil, Sean and James were 1st class all the way. Professional, stellar work, always doing their best to keep the job site clean (drop clothes and carpet protection everywhere needed), great with recommendations. Master was a total re-do: shower, tile, plumbing and fixtures, tile surround on garden tub, vanity conversion from 1 sink to 2, heated floor and tile, new toilet. Add'l bath the same minus the vanity and heated floor. Set them up with half my 2 car garage and a spare room for tools and workspace and they were off and running. After they were done, shampoo the carpets, sweep out the garage and you'd never know they were here except for the modern, gorgeous bathrooms they left us. My wife and I did most of the design and purchased all the fixtures and tile. Jeff took care of the labor, supplies, heated floor and glass shower doors (installed by Ryan's Glass). He's booked out 3-4 months and I can see why. He is worth waiting for. You will be beyond happy with their work.

    My Home Maintenance LLC
Very pleased with results! Estimate was honest, fair and reasonable. Quality workmanship on the part of both individuals. They were friendly, courteous, prompt, very professional and completed the project in the timeframe quoted. Would re-hire should future projects surface. Photos will be added at a later date, once owner completes repainting bathroom.

    HOME DEPOT
We want to make folks purchasing certain granite, quartz countertops aware of horrible experience we had with the subcontractor that Home Depot uses KBR or Kitchens by Rutenschroer. We purchased through a different supplier, but would avoid KBR as a counter top supplier/installer at all costespecially if you value your time, quality, communication, or working with skilled craftsmen. They were in my house 6 different times over 6 months for a simple install of two 4sq ft countertops that should have taken a couple of hours. Additionally, they damaged our vanity, so we had to have furniture finishers out twice to fix damage they had made. They even showed up at my house on the wrong day even though I had used their text message system to reject their suggested install date. They originally installed the wrong dimension countertops even though I had identified a wrong measurement during approval of drawingsthey didnt modify their CAD drawings before cutting. During this visit they drilled the faucet holes incorrectly, drill through one of our new sinks, and did not anchor them properly. They ended up breaking one of the sinks when trying to remove so we were delayed for some time to get a replacement custom order sink. On one visit there was a huge gouge in one of the counters. On another attempt to install the countertops were not the right color and did not match the existing tops. One yet another one of the backsplashes was chipped. During this visit they ran a screw through the front of our brand-new vanity. Luckily this was a piece that could be replaced, but again we had to wait for custom order pieces to be ordered. If that wasnt enough they tended not to clean up after themselves, would not communicate with me at all so I was always in the dark as the where progress on the project stood. The only thing I can compliment them on is that they did eventually complete the project correctly.

    The Cabinet and Granite Depot
Our purchase started off fine. It was expensive, but we liked the product. The installers were horrible! Faucet holes were drilled on site, which I was prepared for, however I was not prepared for the mess they made. No measures were taken to contain the mess, no vacuums were used and no doors were closed. They did not tarp off the area either. Our bathroom remodel was almost complete. We had brand new marble tile shower and floors installed and a new vanity had just been put into place. We had previously deep cleaned our bedroom and closet. The bathroom was sparkling clean before they came. We were left with a huge dust mess not only in our bathroom, but our closet and bedroom as well. They didnt even attempt to clean up. Like I said l, they didnt even bring a vacuum into our home. They installed the countertop and left. They also didnt properly install the backsplash. There was a big gap between the wall and backsplash. They should have fit it to the wall. They also didnt even attempt to caulk the gap. When I contacted the owner he said he could send someone out the next day to clean. I explained to him over and over that the mess needed to be cleaned before our contractor showed up to work tomorrow, but he kept saying he would send someone tomorrow. I said this wouldnt work and asked for a cleaning fee to be issued to us and he stated he would not pay for someone else to clean. It took us 3 hours to clean on our own. They asked for us to send pictures of the improperly installed backsplash and never returned our calls or email. Our contractor said he had never seen work like this in all of his years.

    Annie Miller Designs
Working with Annie at Kitchen and Bath Interiors Designer has been an amazing experience. She was very helpful with the finalization of the kitchen backsplash. I found Annies polite professionalism very refreshing as she conferred with me in every aspect of my project: my interests in the type of tile, the prompt follow-up answers to my questions, and the arrangement and cost of the job. I am so delighted with the outcome of the project. She is worth keeping as a designer.

How did it go? Didn't! I had an appointment set up with Jeff, time and date confirmed. He did not show up and did not even call to cancel or say he was running late. Not a very good first impression and definitely not a way to run a bus in my opinion.
