    My Handyman
The person never came. I spent over 2 weeks on email back - forth. I provided all the information along with pictures of my bathroom and what was expected. Not once did he respond back with a phone call nor with any quotes etc.. He was polite on emails but if he does not have time and is not interested then it would have been better to decline. I am frustrated !!!

    Stouters Construction
PHENOMENAL. The level of professionalism was unparalleled. Each day the crew arrived promptly, worked all day from 9am until 6pm, and each night made sure their work area was tidied, cleaned, and vacuumed. Their kindness, attention to detail, and knowledge was truly outstanding. Stouters Construction partnered with another company for the installation. That company only budgeted them three days to build and install all cabinets, crown molding , handles, soft-closures, full island etc. When their desire to do every aspect of the job as precisely as possible made the job run over by 2 days, they ate the costs to ensure the job was done right. I could not be more impressed with this company and will be hiring them for all jobs I need done (if I can get on their busy schedule). Stouters Construction is absolutely the BEST!

    The Super
We had our bathroom remodeled, replacing a vanity, extending the shower and using stone and tile combination for floors and walls. We had heating installed under the floor tiles and an electric ladder towel warmer installed on the wall. We used imported fixtures that had caused a little trouble to install and Jeff was able to figure it out. Our tiling was done in quite a complicated pattern. Jeff did a very good job, little imperfections here and there, but not easily visible. I am very demanding when it comes to craftsmanship and was happy with how much detail Jeff paid attention to. Jeff also gave us good advice several times during the project. Jeff was very honest about what he could do and used other professionals for work he was not comfortable with. All of his sub-contractors were excellent. Jeff was very punctual when it came to agreed meetings and communication. We had a few hold ups in the project, caused mostly by us due to our wrong assumptions or by delayed material delivery (i.e. the tiles we have chosen were on a back order). Jeff was very patient with us. We are planning to re-model our guest bathroom next and we will absolutely ask him to do the job for us.

    Elite Home Remodeling Inc
We were quite impressed with the bathroom renovation that was completed this summer by Elite Home Remodeling. The Elite personnel from Robert, the owner, to the office staff, Nancy & Janet, to our skilled craftsman, Joe & Dave, made our renovation a smooth process. Our workers were punctual and professional at all times and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. The quality of their work and smoothness of the project exceeded our expectations. We are now contemplating another remodeling project, as well as, another family member.

This is the second project Albert has done for us. The first was replacing the shower in our Master bath with a new tile shower and installing a new tile floor a few years ago. This time we did a lot more. We had a new tile shower with tile base installed in the basement (full) bath (replaced existing one). The new shower looks & works great. Albert also reset the vanity top so it would be more flush against the side wall. We had new vanities & quartz vanity tops installed in the Master and Hall baths. We had a new tile floor installed in the Hall bath and a new light fixture. Both Master and Hall baths were also painted. Albert did a fine job, and always does quality work. He went the extra mile for us in picking up our orders at the home improvement stores (things we could not transport in our vehicle), and navigated some (in one instance) difficult store clerks during order pickup, which we appreciated. Albert is easy to work with, is professional and punctual on the job. He does what he says. Things were always cleaned up at the end of the day, and he worked on our project straight through to completions without interruption.

    Elite Home Remodeling Inc
The drawings gave us a great idea of how the bathroom would look if we followed through on the remodel. We even had a meeting with Elite (Amber) to discuss possible changes, materials, and costs. The meeting was educational and very worthwhile. And Amber took her time with us, was very professional, and pleasant to work with.

    Elite Home Remodeling Inc
We purchased the Angie's List deal to have an Elite designer look at our space, give us remodel ideas and draw up a plan. That all went very well. Chad was helpful and professional, but moving forward with the remodel was too pricey with Elite.

Two Guys and a Hammer LLC
Not only was the work NOT done according to the owner, Steve Cocharn's, project schedule but the shower remodel in the master bath is experiencing issues to this day (2017) which reflect poor and shoddy workmanship. I have found Steve NOT to be a man of his word (you're only as good as your word) when it comes to meeting promises that he makes to a customer. I strongly advise anyone who is considering this contractor to look elsewhere!

    Finished Basements Plus Inc.
My wife and I very much appreciated the end result of all the work that Finished Basements Plus provided us with this summer. We initially received quotes from three companies servicing the Columbus area and this company by far provided the most "bang for your buck" in terms of pricing. As far as I could tell the only difference between this company and the other contractors we received quotes from were that Finished Basement Plus uses metal studs vs wood studs. There are pros/cons to each form which are easy to research through a Google search. After drawing up an initial floor plan, Todd & his lead (Mark) were able to take our sketches and provide suggestions that really improved our vision. My favorite recommendation was to add a built-in shelving unit for our media equipment (picture attached). If I had to pick out an area that could be improved on for this company it would be the communication between the various teams. For example, there were times when our plumber would show up and not be able to do his work because certain things were not complete yet. This caused delays that seemed unnecessary with proper coordination. All in all, we are very satisfied with the end result and love how great our home looks now. We joke that our basement now looks nicer than our upstairs and we definitely spend a lot of time in our downstairs area. Thank you Finished Basements Plus for all your hard work and making our home look fantastic! Some tips I would recommend when finishing your basement: - Make sure your contract is detailed. We ran into an issue where we assumed our shower would come with doors and apparently since it wasn't written in the contract we had to pay an extra $500 to get it added on once we realized no doors were being added. More detail is better than less! - We found it very helpful to review what all needed to be done with the specialized contractors first thing in the mornings (ie reviewing with electrician where outlets should be placed, telling plumber if he was installing a vanity or pedestal sink). I also started placing post-it notes with directions throughout the basements which also proved helpful. - Pick out your own Fixtures. We were able to receive credits for the "stock" fixtures and picked out our own fixtures (vanity, towel rack, lighting, etc...). This guaranteed that we were getting fixtures that we absolutely loved.

Luxury Bath did an excellent job with our bathroom. We are very happy with the finished product. Michelle worked with us to present options and ideas that were within our budget and suggested the LVT flooring that we love.
