AOhio Exteriors LLCWe own a mid-1990s Hilliard area house and wanted to replace our wood trim and fascia with durable materials, while also replacing the gutters. James Green from Ohio Exteriors came over to develop an estimate and was easy to work with. The estimate from Ohio Exteriors was very reasonable and given their track record of satisfied customers we decided that they were the best choice. Ohio Exteriors stayed in touch with us while we waited for the materials and for an opening in their schedule. When the work started, the crew were professional and courteous, answering any questions we had. Some additional necessary work was discovered, and the process of adding that to the contract was smooth and reasonable. There was also a minor misunderstanding about the scope of the work, and this was resolved to our complete satisfaction. The finished work looks great, and we are so glad we went with Ohio Exteriors. They are determined to make sure you are a satisfied customer. We will hire them again for any future work our house needs.- Will N.

I was surprised and happy that the owner of the company visited at least once a week to review the work and spent at least an hour during each visit. Once we signed the contract, they got the work done quickly. The entire roof was finished in a day, and it looks great. Gutters also look great (was done a couple of days later with a smaller crew). FGutter prices are too high. I had them installed and the gutters leaked initially. Had to have someone come out and put in a new drip edge to fix it. The gutters still overflow during heavy rain. Not impressed at all especially when I heard they use third party contractors to do the gutter installations.

Mark is a great guy and a man of honor. Every agreement he made with me was kept - to a "T"!!
