AOhio Exteriors LLCOhio Exteriors did an excellent job rebuilding an old screened-in porch on our 100-year old home. They were punctual and professional, and the quality of their work was excellent! They completely rebuilt the porch, put in new structural support cedar beams, installed new flat rubber roof, installed new stained-wood ceiling, hung two chandeliers, hung four ceiling fans, installed new screen door and all new screens, and painted the entire porch. ABerger Building ServicesSecond large job Jeff Berger has done for us (gorgeous new kitchen was the first) and we are over-the-moon happy with his work. The new deck is fabulous. We kept the same footprint but everything had to be replaced. The new design has clean lines and looks sophisticated. We also asked Jeff to design & build a covered pavilion. We gave him our ideas and let him run with it and we couldn't be happier! He and his crew are amazing - professional, punctual and quality driven. He isn't cheap but he's worth every single penny. FWe sought an estimate from this company and the experience was disappointing. We found them on-line because they were advertising a screened in porch special – 20ft X 12ft porch for $38,000. “Mike” came out to take measurements for an estimate of a porch plus a deck. His estimate for a 20ft X 14ft porch was $58,000; his estimate for a (roughly) 22ft X 16ft deck was $39,848. I called to ask why the porch, which was only 2 feet bigger than the special that was advertised was $20,000 more and if we could do something different to decrease the cost such as change the porch size or the materials. He told me no. And that right now, because there’s so much work, they can pretty do what they want and what they want to do is increase their profits on porches which are more involved than decks. I asked him if they would honor the “special” they had been advertising when we called them to come do the estimate. He said that their “website should be updated already.” But that doesn’t change the fact that they were advertising $38,000 for a 20ft X 12ft porch when we called- and there was no deadline for that price. Anyway, seems shady. They reeled us in with the advertised $38,000 porch price but then gave us an estimate where the porch was way more but the deck, which is, according to Mike, easier and more profitable, is $39,000. What a coincidence! Would not trust them. Glad we walked away.

BThey would have received a FIVE rating if they had completed the work on schedule. We met on 6/19/20 and he gave us an cost estimate, and estimated start date of 8/14/20. We picked out the Paver colors and styles in late July, and Manuel came over to review and finalize the plans in early in August. After several calls, they arrived on October 2, and finished it the following day. I'd recommend their work, but not sure I could rely on their time estimates.

AThe APCO team was great! We had two new exterior doors installed. The front door is beautiful and we get so many compliments! It wasn’t an easy install as we changed the original door profile but the installers were real pros. We also changed our back door from a French door to a slider. Best decision ever! It looks great and performs! We recommend APCO hands down!

AFence-N-Deck Doctor’s has ended up being the best company that I have ever used for work done for my home. The company is owned by a husband and wife and they are extremely helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The price was extremely fair compared to other “big” fence companies. The work was done in 2 days, and I have a very big backyard that needed to be done. They removed the old fence I had up and put up a beautiful 6 ft privacy fence. I couldn’t be happier with the work that they and their team did. They even came back out after it was put up to make sure I was happy with the results. I recently also had a branch fall on the fence that they put up, and they came back out the same week and fixed the damage done. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone thinking or needing a new fence put up!!! The fence is gorgeous and they have put together an outstanding company.
