  GREAT! Terry came out himself when we were not able to be home and we talked through what we needed done. He was quick to provide a quote and answered all my questions about the price, the strength of the concrete and what to expect. We were pleased with his quote and signed the contract. It definitely took 8 weeks for the team to schedule us (which is typical, FYI), but when they were ready, they called to check on our availability and right away spent the day taking out our old asphalt and concrete and framing the area. They asked for half the payment at that point. The next day they taped and covered with plastic our front door, our garage etc so there would be no splatters. On Saturday morning, the crew came out again to relay our paving stones, our rocks and cover with dirt the sides of the driveway where they had laid the forms. The crew was quite kind and worked extra hard to ensure everything that their work met my expectations. I appreciate that Terry did not want the remaining balance until he knew that I was completely satisfied with the work his crew had done. I appreciated all the communication by Terry and his crew to make sure I knew what was happening every step of the way.

  Old Skool Construction

  They installed a new concrete driveway in May 2016. After two winters, many spots are crumbling and flaking. Called to have them come out and they never showed up. Now they are not returning phone calls. In my opinion, stay away from this company!

  Matt and crew did a great job on the sidewalk. They were prompt, careful with existing vegetation when removing old sidewalk, and completed the job in the quoted timeframe. New sidewalk is beautiful (for a sidewalk). I'll definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

  RL Bando Concrete Inc

  We signed a contract with this company and mailed in the third week of March. We were told scheduling would start in April. After the first week of April passed, I called to inquire that our contract had been received. I was told our contract had been received and we would hear from them in 7-10 days. After two weeks passed, I called again and was told it would be sometime between May 4th and May 6th. I informed Mr Bando that we were leaving for vacation on the 6th, so he said it would start the week after we got back (May 15th). We still have not heard from anyone to get our driveway scheduled. We no longer wish to do any business with RL Bando Concrete.

  Charles arrived on time. Gave excellent advice on how we met our objective and all of the various ways to achieve that. This include some additional items to support the additional weight of the spas I would suggest if you are looking for a steal of a deal don't waste Charles' time. If you want an exceptional quality job for a very reasonable price I highly recommend Dukes Concrete.

  Mark Rodgers Construction

  The person I talked with on the phone was always courteous and helpful.  Mark came out and gave me an estimate on replacing some of the blocks affected on the city sidewalk in front of my house.  Most likely, the biggest problem block was heaved up due to tree roots. though not entirely sure.  Mark seemed professional and knowledgeable about the work, and I believe he is.  We did not ultimately have him due the work, in part, because of a suggestion he made regarding an alternative solution.  We ended up going with the alternative solution due to cost, but that was no reflection on him.  I give high marks to Mark for steering us in another direction that probably suited our needs better, even though he know he might lose our business.  I would definitely recommend to others needing new concrete work done.

  First, the job performed was excellent.  They built a solid base for the sidewalk, which was lacking in the past, and driveway.  They even added a nice curve from the drive to the sidewalk which we did not think to have added.  The Contract was simple, i.e. not complicated, and straightforward.  They communicated with me daily until the work was completed.  They cleaned-up the area after the work was completed.  They were trustworthy.  We would hire them again.  We were impressed with the quality of the work as well as their professionalism.

  Mark Rodgers Construction

  Mark came to our house to be able to provide an estimate. He provided and honest suggestion that replacing our entire patio is going to cost us so much. But he suggested the existing patio is in good shape only thing needed to stop flaking is to do skim-coating or overlaying which is not some of the services he offers.

  A-1 Concrete Leveling

  Went very well.  The ice and snow penetrated and less than a year later it was out of level.  HOWEVER A-1 repaired it under warranty.  I am not exactly sure or accurate on the date of service.  Had it done, and a year later they fixed again.  No problems ever since. 

  I blame the chipmunks and mice mostly for undermining the sidewalk.

  Mark Rodgers Construction

  Mark came and took a look at my patio that is flaking and provided an honest feedback on what needs to be done to fix the problem I have.
  He mentioned If I have to haul and construct the patio of the same size I have it would cost me so much money and mentioned that the structure and concrete work all looks good but he mentioned previous contractor did not do the project in right time after pouring concrete that was the reason  I am having issues. He suggested that I need to go with contractors that does Overlay or skim coating which is not the job he does. 
  Unfortunately this time I cannot hire Mark as he mentioned he does not provide such services.
  I am really thankful to him for his honest opinion.
