    Three C Body Shop
They did a fantastic job at keeping me updated with progress of the repairs. They gave me a loaner car and worked directly with the insurance company so it was painless on my side. Would certainly recommend them for quality, stress-free repairs.

    Three C Body Shop
They did a great job of fixing the car with quality parts. I've had companies use after market parts and while they looked great the day the repair work was done, after time the after market parts began to show gaps and not fit as well. I'm glad Three C uses quality parts that will retain the new car look for longer than 8 months (my previous experience with those who use aftermarket parts).

Fine Finish was absolutely wonderful to work with. Rich was very helpful throughout the whole process. Once they got into the job, they found some additional damage that was not seen on inspection by the insurance assessment. They called insurance company & had them come out promptly to see the additional damage. Had the additional work done within the time frame of the original estimate. If there's one take away from this experience, it is that this is a very HONEST company who's trying to do right by their customers & not just looking for the most money they can make on you. The quality of the work was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend them & would definitely use them again in the future.

    Gerber Collision and Glass
Took my car to gerber or True 2 Form as given name on Angie's list, on Cleveland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio after a minor accident and a place recommended by Grange Insurance. At first, I was impressed that my car was fixed within a few days.  However, after looking over my supposedly fixed 2013 GMC Arcadia I understood how the job was completed so quickly.  It wasn't.  The top of the driver side back panel looked good, but the bottom panel hadn't been touched. It still had all the original scratches from the accident. The male, gerber (or True 2 Form) employee tried to explain away one of the most apparent scratches as he stated  being "just tar". I wasn't tar as he found out when he tried to scratch it off with his fingernail.  And, what about all the other scratches?  This employee was so unprofessional and handled the whole incident badly.  He even walked away from me when I asked when the car could be fixed properly.  I had to practically chase him down to get a response.  This idiot was your stereotypical male jerk trying to demean me, a woman, by insulting my intelligence in the hopes I would accept the car without question.   I will never, ever recommend this place to a friend or enemy and I will make sure that Grange, who recommends this dump, is informed of their business practices.

This was by far my worst car experience I have ever had with any car shop.
I was hit in Cincinnati when a driver ran a red light.  I had my SUV towed back to Glassburn because in the past they did a good job on my other SUV from a deer collision.  It was also a recommended body shop by Grange, who I thought was a reputable insurance company - that is another review to come, they are terrible if you have to deal with them.  I originally got a estimate of 20 days to get the repair done.  This is where my nightmare began.
The original repair ended up taking 40 days, with no follow up what so ever.  I had to call on regular basis to get any information, only to be told they would call back - which never happened.   Finally after having to threaten other action I started getting some answers.  They kept making up all these reasons why things were taking so long and milking ever dime out of the insurance company they could.  Glassburn kept finding "additional damage" every few weeks and kept stringing us along.  When they finally had it all put back together, they found out the frame was bent.   How does a supposed good body shop not know this.  They had already milked $7000 out of the insurance company, now they went back for the frame.  Also, now since they were so much money into it they would not total the car.
In the end the repair took 92 days, I have had to take it back multiple times and it is still not right, I am stuck with a SUV with new frame that should have been totaled, but the real kick in the gut is I am out $1200 in a rental car bill because they took so long.  That is where Grange comes in, they will not pay me for there shops incompetence - so I get the honor of paying $1200 out of pocket for a accident that was not my fault.
Do not under any circumstance use this body shop.

    Combs Collision
Top to bottom....very professional company.  Nate was great to work with and you could clearly see that his focus was returning the car back to pre-accident conditions and making the customer happy.  It was my first time taking my car to Combs.  Should I need body work in the future, I'm taking my car back to Combs.

    Auto Body Collision & Glass
I brought my daughter's 1998 Accord to Auto Body to repair damage that occurred in an accident. The Accord had been repainted recently and the color was very difficult to match. Auto Body did a good job getting the dents out of the fender and a nice job matching the color - other body shops didn't seem to want the challenge. The cost of the work matched the estimate and the car was finished on time. I recommend visiting Auto Body the next time you need work done.

I had issues with my front bumper of Honda Odyssey on the passenger
side. It was hanging and hinges were broken. Some paint was also
removed. I went to Dent doctor and they offered 2 estimates, one a touch
up ($175) and replace the bumper ($850). I called them to set an
appointment for the job, pulled in another hour and the car was ready
within the next hour!!! I did the touch up and it was excellent. Hardly
any sign that the bumper was off and the paint was damaged. Great work !
    Highly recommended
