He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and made us feel confident in the home we will be living in for the rest of our lives. Luke was also very friendly and patient! We really appreciated his patience because he finished the inspection on a Friday, and we had many family who wanted to see the house and arrived at different times. He made conversation with my elderly father while others were able to look at the property for the first time. His report was detailed and he gave us his honest, professional assessment and assured us we were getting a solid house. We would use him again, but we aren't planning to move again. :)- Michele D.

Once they inspected the initial issue, Garret took the time to examine the surrounding are to identify the source and provided the correct course of action to correct the water damage - it had crossed three floors of the house. The team that worked within the house were extremely courteous and kept the mess to a pair minimum. Which was amazing considering, they had to remove a tub, drywall, tile and wood flooring, and installation. Highly recommend the team.- Bryan S.

AA-Pro Southwest Ohio Home InspectionTom was excellent. I called to ask about his services and schedule an appointment. He was very informative about what's included and other options available. He was able to come on the day I needed, and understood that it may need to be postponed at the last minute depending on the homeowner. He arrived on time and I met with him to explain specific areas I wanted checked in the home. He examined the home and pointed out issues so I understood the problem and probable cause. We was very thorough and noticed things that were small that I never would have seen. He used a drone to cover the roof and outside areas. He took photos of all issues. He gave me a recap at the end of the inspection and then sent the full report the next day. It was extremely detailed and photos were included with arrows pointing to specific problems. My realtor was also impressed with his work. He also followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend Tom.- David K.

AI contracted DryMaxx to do a mold remediation in my home recently. From the very beginning their communication skills were top notch. Charlie came out to do an inspection for me and his knowledge in the matter simply blew away the competition. I received my estimate the same day, and amazingly they were able to start the work the very next day. All in all I would recommend this company to anybody to have work done for them A++

AAlex Lockstead of Eaton Inspections came highly recommended from a family friend and proved to be the best professional decision we made in our home buying process. Alex is extremely responsive and easy to work with, but more importantly he is incredibly meticulous and skilled at his craft. The quality, thoroughness, and detail of his inspection and corresponding documentation was absolutely astounding. We inspected two different homes with Alex, and both realtors commented to us how markedly better Alex's work and process was than others they regularly work with in their careers. The peace of mind afforded with Alex is worth every cent. He saved us from buying what would have been a financial nightmare of a home. When we found our second home during the Covid pandemic, we knew we wanted no one but Alex to inspect it, and literally wrote our inspection period terms around his schedule. Alex worked with us to safely inspect it and was extremely respectful and sensitive of the homeowner's safety and comfort. Alex delivered his impeccably detailed report and made time to host a debrief call and was available with follow up calls and texts as needed to help us assess our home. You can't put a price on having someone you can trust as you make the biggest financial decision of your life, but you can choose Alex at Eaton Inspections and that is pretty darn close!
