It went very well. I had my questions answered and other tests were done there in the office (blood tests).

I see Dr. Mark Wringle. He's very thorough, when you see him he doesn't rush at all, he'll let you stay there as long as you want and answer all the questions you wan to ask.

I have only been to this place once, but my first impression is a very positive one.  The staff was very helpful in making sure I had filled out the paperwork correctly and letting me know everything that needed to be done prior to the appointment.   The nurse (Toni) was one of the most friendly people I have ever met, and that helped greatly to calm my nerves.  Dr. Faber is by far the best General Medicine/Internal Medicine doctor I have been to in my entire life.  He knew just about everything about my thyroid condition and wanted to get an immediate idea of how it was affecting my body.  I had lab work done right after the appointment, and the lab tech was very friendly and seemed to know what she was doing (I have had a few bad experiences with drawing blood).  Overall, I had a great experience and am actually looking forward to going back in a couple weeks.

    Hickerson, Dr. Timothy W.
He is very kind and good with older people. He is friendly and understanding when you complain about minor things. He takes the time to listen to you. He doesn't rush out like he's got to go to the other patient. He is friend. You leave a message and someone will find the answer to your question. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend him.

They are caring and very professional. They are absolutely expert in what they do. The communication was good , they spoke to the elder relative as well as the family.

Everything went well and we started on time.  The overall experience included two physical examinations of medium depth by a Phys. Assistant and then a Resident.  I had blood work drawn.  In my in-expert opinion they seem to have checked everything they should have, including a thourough interview of my general health.  They had my records from my primary care physician and surgeon, also part of the OSU network.  There was a considerable wait between some of the activities, it took about 2 hours total from actual start at appointed time to completion.  There was  about 1 hour 15 minutes total wait time between activities although we  started on time.  This may have been because I had scheduled mid-day (my choice) and might have conflicted with lunch times?  Billing seems to be o.k., my insurance indicates I have no out of pocket for this (it has a health "fund" that pays a certain amount 100% before my deductible requires me to start paying) so I have not received any bill.  They provided me with an extensive packet of pre-surgery information, went through it with me,  and  provided pre-surgery shower soap to use with a germacide in it along with instructions on how to wash with it, two sessions of specific length and specific sequence.  Instructions received included how to arrive at the surgical hospital, where to park, and what door to go into, I can't think of any information left out.

    Leithold, Dr. Joseph S.
Dr. Joe is simply the best doctor I've ever had. My wife and I have both seen him since 2006 or so, and always have a good experience. He has all the qualities that make a good doctor: polite, respectful, easy to talk to, listens to what I have to say, and above all, he's not afraid to tell me he doesn't know something. As for convenience, Dr. Joe is one of the rare doctors that is open for appointments on Saturdays, and for that I'm very grateful since it saves me from taking time off work for routine visits. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be called back after arriving at the office, also very rare these days. Keep up the good work!

    Duvall, Dr. Beth E.
Dr. Duvall is an excellent physician. She has been my daughters doctor for 10 years and the girls have always loved going to her. Last year there was an insurance change and she was out of network, but this year we are happy that she's back in network. She does a great job of getting the kids to talk about how they're doing, any problems they're having, and also asks about their activities. She really cares about her patients and they love her for it.

She performed or prescribed all the test necessary on an annual physical.  She is very caring and compassionate.  I am really impressed with her office staff, too. Sometimes Dr. Jeanne is the one to call you with results, not her staff.

The facility has a fitness center, stat care, and others doctors. Each area has its own waiting room and they are all really nice. The staff is pleasant and responsive.
