    She did have a simple issue with him but it wasn't the hospital, it was the surgeon who installed the pace maker. He did a fine job, but he just put a wrong one in. The hospital was fine and they did everything they could to make it right. We went through a patient advocate, the insurance handled one on scene and just found out about the wrong one and he followed through there for the resolution of the problem. We contacted a lawyer about possibly suing them and the lawyer said there wasn't really any harm. I did not understand that and I even got another referral from another lawyer and they said the same thing.

    They're a pretty good hospital for a small town hospital. In fact in a consumer report they did a rating on the top 100 hospitals in the country and Fairfield Medical was somewhere around 50. My visit was $150 co-pay.

    My dad was very ill at 93 years old. We had to go to the hospital. It
    was a wonderful experience, with caring doctors and nurses, all the
    attention we asked for, and they did whatever they could to make him
    comfortable and as happy as possible. Even though I lost my dad just a
    couple of days later, the folks made him feel content and they helped me
    with the realization that I was going to lose him soon. We had all the
    time we wanted ... I can't tell what an uplifting experience we had as a
    family. I love those folks.

    Wright Landscape has provided us with many services over the past few years. I see them in my yard so often, I'm beginning to feel like I have my own personal gardeners. (: > It seems like every time I look out my kitchen window they are out there trimming something, mulching something, weeding something, or cleaning up leaves (which is no small task, we have a LOT of big trees).
    My husband and I are thrilled that we have finally found a landscape company that is professional and obviously cares about the quality of their work. Their work ethic and attitudes are really amazing. I asked Shannon and Brian if they would take all of my outdoor furniture off the deck and move it over to the patio.They acted like they were absolutely delighted to have an opportunity to help me! You don't see much of that anymore.
    Probably the best of all, we have learned that after we have discussed a project, (Gretchen has terrific design ideas!) we can trust them to do a great job. No stress of "babysitting" their work to make sure it's being done right. We even go on vacation and just leave them with our phone number in case they have a problem. They haven't called us yet, and when we return home we are always delighted by the newest addition to our home. The trees, flowers and shrubs they plant are always beautiful and healthy, and the Wright's always leave our property so clean you can't tell they were just there working. They also take care of all of the necessary delivery and hauling away, so we don't have to mess with anything.
    Early this summer we decided to try hydroseeding our back yard. We knew very little about it and I was skeptical about how well it would work, but the grass in our back yard is thick and beautiful. We later asked the Wright's to use hydroseeding to repair some damage to our front lawn up by the curb and mailbox (thank you, city workers!). It was amazing how fast the grass grew back in. Grass magic. If you haven't tried it, I absolutely recommend that you check it out.
    I have been blabbing so much, I forgot about the big stuff! We had the Wright's build us a backyard patio, about 15 x 20. They used gray pavers and edged with red brick. There is an attached short set of steps, also edged with matching red brick, and the steps lead down to a walkway. The walkway is made of decorative stone with an edging of red brick and wood beams, which then leads to my perennial garden, which they edged in matching red brick. My husband calls it our "Ohio State Party Patio". Not what I had in mind, but it's gorgeous. Oops, I forgot. The Wright's also built a flat space into the patio where we can park our barbeque grill. Really convenient.
    My husband particularly likes the breakdown of expenses the Wright's provide so we know how our money is being spent. We can always make a cost comparison if we want to, but we have learned the hard way that if you hire by the cheapest price, it will almost always wind up costing you the highest price at the end. Also, the job estimates the Wright's have provided have always been accurate and honest, and we feel their prices are very fair.
    We still have several projects we want to undertake next spring, (renovating our front walkway and porch) and I can't wait to see it when it's finished!
    We highly recommend Wright's Landscape to anyone who wants landscape work done without having to worry about the people working for you or how well the job will be done.

    I work from home, and my office overlooks an ugly dreary patch of ground...that is until I met the Wright's two years ago. Through careful consideration and time spent intensely thinking through every aspect of my dream yard, the Wright's were able to transform my ugly patch into a breathtaking hideaway. As I sit here typing this review, I can look through my french doors and see a veritable wonderland, replete with a huge patio for entertaining surrounded by meticulously planned flower beds and accent lighting. There is even a special cutout in the middle of my patio for my prize miniature roses, and the shepherd's hooks that hold the bird feeders are positioned perfectly so that anytime I look up from my work I can catch a glimpse of a sweet little bird. Every detail of what I wanted is there, right down to the special bushes that draw the most beautiful variety of butterflies. That is only one of the many projects they have done for us on our two acres, and they continue to take care of us on a weekly basis. I cannot begin to tell you how much I adore the Wright's. I can only say that every penny has been well spent, and we have gotten so much more in return. Not only can I honestly say that they are the absolute best people in the world to work with, they are also the kindest and have the most integrity of anyone that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. I wholeheartedly recommend their company, their staff (who are all incredible people as well), and their product!

    I took it down and they looked at it while I was there so I could explain the problem. They gave me an verbal estimate of $125-150 and said if it was anything higher they could call and that they could get parts if they needed to. They called a week later and said it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Still working fine a year and a half later and and it gets lots of work.

    Time Warner Cable
    I have had Time Warner internet and cable for the past four months and, although the internet service works great, I have had nothing but problems with the cable system. I do not get my premium channels more than half the time, I have to force restart my cable box at least once a week for basic use, and my DVR deletes shows while I'm watching them. When my schedule allowed and I called Time Warner, the phone representative was nice and apologetic about the problem. He set up an appointment with a technician but promised me that I would not have to wait for that appointment and that they would call me to arrange an earlier time and date. I did not hear from them so I stayed home from work on the day of the appointment (I work an hour away so coming home for an appointment isn't feasible). About 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, the technician called and said my cable looked fine to him and that he could see I had a lot on my DVR and that it was the problem. He said that his behaves similarly when he reaches 85% capacity and that I should just delete content. When I asked about the premium channels not working he also attributed that to the DVR being nearly full. Ultimately, he did not even come to the appointment. Instead, I waited several days and missed work for him to tell me to fix it myself. I have heard nothing else from Time Warner since but plan to call and cancel my cable service soon.

    The service man was very nice and professional.  Diagnosed the machine
    and had to take it with him.  The service call was $40 some odd
    dollars.  The resulting repair entailed a new gear and a new shaft of
    some kind and complete adjustment to make a machine about 10 or more
    years run just like new.  They really appear to know what they're
    doing.  The additional charge for the repair was about $230.00.  The
    machine, if purchased today, would be between $1000 and $1500.

    We have been with them for almost 2 years.  Their coverage is not as great as it is supposed to be.  We have two phones on our service.  We pay per month.  I know it is expensive than more so than what we were paying with another provider.  I have a contract with them, so I will be using them in the future.  The contract is a 2-year contract that expires in October.
