    Chase, Dr. Daniel W
Was referred to this ENT after repeated trips to my primary care physician for unexplained face/ear area pain. The appointment was scheduled 3 weeks out and they just called cancelling my appt. 2 days prior to my office visit date. I have been suffering for the past 3 weeks waiting to see him. I should also note that the cancellation call what done by an automated voice messaging system.   Every attempt to call the office back to reschedule has been met with a busy signal. Treating a patient this way is an unacceptable practice!!!

She a very fair doctor. She's very good. She's very good at checking things out, she's very thorough. She's very good at bedside manner too. She found things like I had a freckle on my one pupil and non of the other eye doctors ever saw that. She keeps an eye on it so it doesn't go into a cancer or something like that. She's very thorough. She does a good job and is very nice to be with. I wouldn't trade her for the world.

He's such a nice man. He is not very pushy. Some doctors will not accept that you have your own opinion. He will listen to you and work with what you are willing to do, as opposed to just forcing his own opinion on you. For example, I am seven years through recovery for cancer. I have told him that I wouldn't want to go through intensive treatments for that if it should come back again. He is very understanding and would work with me. The building is a neat old antique building. Occasionally you have to wait a bit in the waiting room, but it's worth it.

I called and described my symptoms. I was offered a same day appointment, but I had a conflict at work. Since my eye problem wasn't an emergency, I asked for and was granted an appointment for the next day. Dr. Neiger carefully examined the eye. He prescribed medication and told me that if the eye did not clear up, to call the office and he would refer me to a specialist. Medication cleared up the problem. Added bonus--I waited less than five minutes to see the doctor even though I arrived early for my appointment.

I have been experiencing multiple symptoms for over a year and had met with many Doctors and had too many trips to the ER.
I was very impressed with her and all the staff at the Stephanie Spielman Cancer center and at the James. They went out of their way to help you, and walked you everywhere you had to go. Everyone was friendly and compassionate.
But what impressed me the most was that after the surgery Dr Backes researched my symptoms and found an obscure syndrome that described me perfectly. This syndrome was not in her area and she took it upon herself to call my Rheumatologist and bring it to her attention. I've seen a lot of doctors, and generally, when you are not in front of them, you are not on their mind as they have many other patients that require their attention.
I have searched my own symptoms for hours on end and never found a reference to this Syndrome. Doctors, of course have access to some medical web sites that the public can't. Still, my Rheumatologist said there was only a few lines about it. But I was able to find some private health boards, where other patients discussed this Gleich Syndrom. I highly recommend Dr Backes. Her office is on Olentangy at the Stephanie Spielman Cancer Center.

I saw Dr Whistler while my rheumatologist was out of the country. He was very nice. He ordered some  testing to address my current problem. He also commented that he would order more tests based on my sytmptoms, but that it was not his call. He did make a note in my caht, which my regular Rheumatologist dismissed immediately. (You can also see my review of her - Dr Madhu Mehta). I am going to try to get back in to see Dr Whisler, who seems actually concerned about my health.

I have been visiting him for about two or three years.  He was recommended to me by another doctor that I haven’t seen earlier.  I am pretty much satisfied with his services.  I can’t say anything bad about him.  I would visit him again in the future if I need to.

Dr. Lepi is a very nice person.  He always takes his time and makes a point of getting to know you.  I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor than I do with Dr. Lepi.  If he doesn't find the right answer the first time he will keep going until he gets it right.  He is perhaps the best doctor ever.

He did my knee replacement three years ago.  He's got a good bedside manner and he's laid back.  He seems to really know what he's doing.  It's a very busy office.  His staff members are okay, there are some that are really good and some that are not so it depends on who we get.
