    Fairfield Medical Center
She did have a simple issue with him but it wasn't the hospital, it was the surgeon who installed the pace maker. He did a fine job, but he just put a wrong one in. The hospital was fine and they did everything they could to make it right. We went through a patient advocate, the insurance handled one on scene and just found out about the wrong one and he followed through there for the resolution of the problem. We contacted a lawyer about possibly suing them and the lawyer said there wasn't really any harm. I did not understand that and I even got another referral from another lawyer and they said the same thing.

    The Medicine Shoppe - Lancaster
I have been using them probably for 8-9 years. It is just a simple, local pharmacy. They have the medicine that I take in stock. The reason why I started there was actually because they had the medicines that I was taking in stock whereas the place I was using couldn’t get it. It is a small place and the people know who I am. They address me by name when my prescription is ready.

    Fairfield Medical Center
They're a pretty good hospital for a small town hospital. In fact in a consumer report they did a rating on the top 100 hospitals in the country and Fairfield Medical was somewhere around 50. My visit was $150 co-pay.

    Humana Medicare Advantage
Because of the new health care system you have to have a primary care physician registered with Humana. I finally saw an ad in the paper and my wife is in the medical field and I asked her about the new doctor in town, Dr. Ramsey and I called and they said they do apply to that policy and I told them to make me an appointment. What really happens is when they are registered they tell you whetheror not they accept you. So I really didn't know if they would accept me after my visit.

My dad was very ill at 93 years old. We had to go to the hospital. It
was a wonderful experience, with caring doctors and nurses, all the
attention we asked for, and they did whatever they could to make him
comfortable and as happy as possible. Even though I lost my dad just a
couple of days later, the folks made him feel content and they helped me
with the realization that I was going to lose him soon. We had all the
time we wanted ... I can't tell what an uplifting experience we had as a
    family. I love those folks.

    The Medicine Shoppe - Lancaster
I would love to get all my prescriptions there. The problem is that they close at 6 p.m. It is more of a small business and more cozy. It is just a straight forward pharmacy. It is not a bunch of other stuff. They do mix medicines there. That is why we went there. We needed a special compound for my son. At that time I spent about $120. I would go there all time if they were open as I work weird hours. I can't always be there by 6. I want to support local business, but there is only so much I can do for practical reasons.

They are a really great hospital. I drove a little way from my home because it is such a good hospital.
