Excellent work. Was given a detailed written plan as to what would be done, start date, time to complete project and payment due dates. Several plumbing issues were discovered and repaired during project. Project manager made periodic checks on progress, and consulted us if any questions arose. Would use again for any future home remodeling projects. lifetime warranty on work that was done.

The counter top installation was precisely on schedule as we were told. The installation of the counter tops were professionally done. They did a fabulous job!!   When we had questions  they were right there to answer our questions. Very knowledgeable, honest  and dependable.  They went out of their way with helping us with our decision on the right  counter top. We brought home many samples and kept them until we felt comfortable with what we were looking for. We would highly recommend this place for all your kitchen and bathroom remodeling needs. Very satisfied customers!  Our kitchen is beautiful and we love our Quartz counter tops made by Cambria. We are so thankful that we went to  Karshners Sales and Service, 735 Slocum Street, Lancaster, Ohio  for our needs. Scott and Cindy  took over this business 10 years ago and are doing a terrific job.

    JNP Construction Services LLC
Jacob, the owner, was very professional about this job. He has high standards and if he is not on site for something he does inspect all parts of the job closely afterwards. I wanted to fix my house up in order to sell it and Jacob was able to act as general contractor for a variety of services. Jacob does listen to the customer and will suggest ideas to improve a project. I had interviewed numerous contractors before hiring Jacob and most wanted to cut corners or did not have the technical knowledge to figure out how to do my job. Jacob did have the ability and skills to complete a multi-task job. More importantly he agreed with my philosophy to fix all problems and not to cover anything up. Jacob is very trustworthy and a good person. I would recommend him to others.

    Just Basements
I told Rob Adams that money was tight and gave him a budget to work with before we went through the house. As we went through the house, he helped me to understand where to put my money and why to put it there, how to make the place enticing for renters and how to do things that would last using inexpensive materials.  He is a bigger tight-wad than I am....which is tough.  We decided to do some things more using more moderately priced materials (carpeting & kitchen floor vinyl) and some things upscale (countertops in kitchen, stainless appliances and upgraded cabinetry in the bath.)
Just Basements got the job done on time (no thanks to the Lancaster Code Enforcement folks) and actually slightly BELOW budget.  I didn't recognize the place when he was done.  The small house (about 700 SQF) went from what I could only describe as a hopelessly outdated and somewhat trashed house to a very livable, nicely appointed and comfortable home for a couple.
I have high standards and have not rented for decades but I WOULD LIVE THERE, which is saying a lot.  Rob has vision...he can see opportunities and hazards that I could not, so his creativity was much appreciated. The work was amazing and Rob was a joy to work with.  A more honest, hardworking, straight-talking and devoted contractor would be hard to find.  Thank you Just made my day and my year!

    Campbell's Countertops Inc
From the very first contact on giving an estimate to completing the contract for the work to actually completing the work itself all people associated with Campbell's Countertops were very helpful and professional. They started the work on the day we were scheduled and stayed with the job until it was completed. They also completed addons that we requested during the work. There were no problems during the entire procedure. In fact the work was completed way earlier than we expected!!!

    Campbell's Countertops Inc
I dealt mainly with two of the owners, Jeff Campbell and his wife, Mitch. It is difficult to know where to begin. Probably the easiest thing would be to just list every positive and glowing adjective I can summon and call it a day, but it seems in the and quot;sampleand quot; reviews they want a more detailed approach. First, Campbell's Countertops was working in a house built in 1925. It took me weeks to decide if I just wanted to replace the Corian sink, which had cracked in 2 spots and was leaking and was sealed to the Corian countertop....easily fixed by having them put in a drop-in stainless sink...or...replacing the whole works. If I wasn't in their showroom, I was calling them.

They were so patient with me I couldn't believe it. Finally, I chose to do a granite counter. Campbell's had a granite company in Columbus they work with. I supplied the SS Krauss sink. I couldn't decide on a faucet and once again, Jeff and quot;helpedand quot; me like the one that was appropriate. Of course, as usual, he was right and I am loving the faucet. Everything was flawless...all the paperwork, the bids...plural there as I changed my mind from a 4and quot; to a 6and quot; backsplash. There was no penalty for making the change and the cost of moving the electrical outlets was $100.00. Who could possibly find that unreasonable?!

As far as skim coating, I have no idea how many coats they did.....but it was a lot...and they would come back to sand between coats. I was without use of my kitchen for only 3 days, which I think is amazing. Also, Jeff didn't feel and quot;quite rightand quot; about the sturdiness of the sink base so the next thing I know he shows up with all this lumber and practically re-builds the entire area! Would I hire them again? In A Heartbeat !! I would make something up just because they are all (Mitch, Jeff, John and Craig) so absolutely lovely to work with. Finally, it is all gorgeous! Perfect! If anyone is considering using this company and for some reason is hesitating, please feel free to contact me. Again, I cannot sing their praises high enough....a painless process which ended in a very pleased customer.

Jeff Campbell came out to measure and give an estimate. He brought brochures showing the variety of products that were available. He explained the pros and cons of each product (granite, Corian, Formica). After we decided on Corian, he suggested we pick up samples of the various colors we liked and look at them at home. We met again later that week to choose edges for our counters, sign a contract and paid half as a down-payment. John Campbell and his help came on a Monday to remove the old counters and sink. He explained exactly what would happen throughout the week: Mon - removal, Weds - a rough fit of the unfinished counters, Fri - finished counters installed. This is exactly what happened. By Friday, we had new countertops, and kitchen sinks! After living with our new counters for a week, I noticed that I kept bumping our small counter near the refrigerator. We called, John came out, took the counter back to the shop and rounded the counter for us - for free!! We are delighted with their service!
