    Randazzo's Auto Service
My college age son is 250 miles from home on a summer internship at the Erie International Airport when the brakes in his 1993 Camry suddenly failed. He is not mechanically inclined and I made the arrangements for him to limp the car to Randazzo's using the emergency brake. The folks at Randazzo's were able to examine and repair the car within a day. Vito and Carlo were more than happy to discuss and work through the repair with me over the phone and were understanding and accommodating. This was a situation where any repair shop could have taken advantage of my son or the difficult situation he was in. Randazzo's deserves accolades for quickly performing the neccessary work, at a fair price, and with compassion for the customer. If I lived in Erie, this would be my go to shop.

it went great as usual, the have been keeping my 2002 Saturn SL going since Saturn went out of business. I never dreamed that the car would last this long, 186,000 miles and still going.

    Tire Discounters
They checked the damaged and gave me an estimate of $4800.00 for the repairs and oil leaks on the engine and transmission. They advised me to reconsider, instead of putting that much money into the car which was old, why not purchase a newer car that would eventually save me more money. So I took up their advise and went out to get a newer car, and got a new 2017 model car, which was indeed lesser the price. But I still had them fix the old car, and they said the gas tank needs replacement, and I got them to replace the gas tank on the old car and do something about the oils leaks temporarily. So now, I ended up having 2 cars, which worked well for me.

I had bought a second vehicle to get back-and-forth to work and bought it knowing there was transmission issues when I took it in there he did the free diagnostic testing and told me exactly what was wrong with the vehicle instead of trying to oversell me and tell me a bunch of things that were wrong with the vehicle he told me exactly what needed to be done and what the cost was they had it fixed within three days of me bringing it in and were very kind

    Brian's Automotive
My friend is an idiot who drove his truck while his transmission was actively leaking, thinking he could just keep dumping more fluid in and everything would be fine. I finally convinced him to take it to Brian when it got to the point he couldn't drive 20 minutes without stopping to add more fluid. Brian was able to fix the leak, but in doing so discovered that the transmission had been severely damaged from driving it without fluid. Because he was unable to make my friend "whole" with a fixed vehicle, he only charged him for the parts with no cost for labor. He worked on this truck for free because he couldn't deliver a fully running vehicle, even though it was my friend's fault for driving it with the leak in the first place. He definitely cares about his customers...even the dumb ones. :)

I came in expecting much worse than it turned out! The front end on my 2013 Toyota Venza was making strange noises when I turned the wheel. It turned out to simply be the audible wear sensor on the brake pad. I was used to a "chirping" noise but this was NOT chirping. Scott McClure at the desk was excellent and the techs who worked on the car were very good at what they do. Will be going back for service on both my vehicles.
