    I had my car in to replace a broken side mirror. While waiting for the work to be done, I asked if they sold car batteries. Answer: Yes. So I gave my car brand, model & year and asked if they had a battery in stock for this car. Answer: Yes. It was installed. Three months later during cold weather the car wouldn't start. When the AAA service man took one look under the hood he showed me the battery Kumlers had installed. It was 13" too short for the battery pan, was a model made for a warmer climate & was on the shelf long enough to have lost much of it's charge. The AAA service man replaced it with a new battery that was the correct size, climate range. I inspected his work & the battery fit the space allotted for it. I called Kumlers gave them the information provided by AAA. They told me to bring the battery back and they would refund part of the cost of the battery but not the installation cost. Unfortunately, the service man had taken the battery with him for recycling so I had no battery to return. Since then, two neighbors who had used Kumlers had similar poor service. One was the removal & replacement of a rusted section of their car. The cost was high but the car in otherwise good shape. Rust reappeared after 1 year. On the recommendation of an acquaintance they took it to a one-man body repair shop where it was repaired for a significantly lower price. The rust has not returned after 6 years.

    They ask for my email address and they actually email pictures of my car at the shop at various stage of the bumper job. They shot a picture of it when they pulled it in to start, when they had the bumper off, to show me where the damage was, where they brought the new fender on and painting it.  They showed a picture when it was done and they said come pick it up. It was awesome. They are confident in their work that they took the time to take the pictures to make the customer aware of everything they are doing.

    They were actually beyond helpful. They were very customer service oriented. I did have an issue. My hood squirters were not working and I did not notice it until a couple of months later because I wasn’t using them. When I contacted them, they told me to bring it back and that they will look at it immediately. They did. They found the issue and fixed it right then. They did an excellent job. With regard to quality, they did a really good job.

    Salesman very un-knowledgeable. Went to great lengths to make sure car was ordered with the right color seats. Salesman showed us the wrong color sample in the book and Fords build site was incorrect.



    Car came in with wrong color seats.



    Dealer charged me over $1000.00 to have seats and door panel redone.







    When I looked at car at delivery, door panel cover was not changed. So called sales manager called people who did the seats.



    They told her they would not do door panel because it is so cheap, it falls apart when taken off, and that they told other sales manager this.







    I had not said anything to the first sales manager about what had happened with the seats, but did to second manager when I picked out the new seat color.







    When I tried to tell first sales manager about what had really happened she did not want to hear it.







    I have bought three other cars at this dealer, but would not recommend them to any one now.
