    On-Call Waterproofing
Everything went extremely well! We have used them four (4) times at least on our apartment complexes for very large jobs. Even though the city was pretty terrible about the regulations and code, Frank personally was there with staff working hard to complete. Everything has always passed all requirements and tests, and have had no additional issues of any kind since.

    B-DRY SYSTEM CLEVELAND
B Dry did an excellent job and I'm pleased with their work. Communication with the office as well as crew was great. They were timely and left the place clean. The price was also affordable for the type of work they did. Thanks again!

    On-Call Waterproofing
Frank recently came out to waterproof my century home in Lakewood and to install an egress window in the basement. From start to finish, the process was easy. He came out for the estimate and looked over everything thoroughly. He gave us estimates for various contingencies so we could budget accordingly. When he and his crew arrived, they took great care to protect my neighbor's driveway and worked very efficiently to dig the first trench. When it came to the drain tile on the driveway side, he saw that we were tied into the incorrect sewer line. We're having our porch replaced and had already completed demoltion, so we were able to save a few bucks as we had him repair the tie-in rather than install a sump pump. All told, the job took two days. Frank was always willing and eager to answer questions and let my wife take pictures during the process. We feel that we were billed fairly and there were no hidden costs or fees, save one. We didn't know until we made our down payment that there would be a 2% credit card fee. However, in looking back at the estimate, he did indicate the fee. So just read the fine print. Post waterproofing, we have definitely noticed that the basement is a lot drier. We were also given several straight days of rain to really test it out and it's holding up very nicely. I would heartily recommend using OnCall. The crew is professional, skilled, and easy to work with. The entire experience has been top notch.

    Coulter Waterproofing & Cement
We were very satisfied with the work. The work was of the highest quality and the workers were extremely professional and responsive to our needs and requests. The team was also extremely conscious of not interfering with our neighbors while performing this extensive work. We would highly recommend them and definitely would use them again if we needed any other work.

Seitz & Sons Concrete & Excavating
Seitz & Sons waterproofed one basement wall that had a small leak and water stains. They excavated the wall to the bottom of the foundation and replaced the drain tiles. They backfilled with stone to within about a foot of grade. There was a small area in the front yard where the excavator left some track marks but since I am re-seeding anyway it's not a big deal. They did a good job at a good price and did it the right way from the outside of the house.

    Ohio State Waterproofing
They excavated between 6 inches and 2 feet along the entire interior perimeter, and between 3 and 5 feet down on the entire exterior perimeter. He was uncomfortable going all the way down the exterior because of the condition of the block (hence the "combination"). The crew was about 5 guys per day for 5 days. They were all extremely polite, punctual, and clean. They really did do everything by hand. I think the only power tool they used was the jack hammer to open the slab. Otherwise, they dug, hauled, and poured everything by hand. All the underground storm piping had to be replaced all the way to the city hookup. They worked well with the city inspector and there were no permitting issues and it passed a dye test. They also installed a white moisture barrier on all the walls fitting snuggly to all the edges and corners (note: there's a ledge about halfway up so there are a lot of edges and corners - i was impressed). It was really a good crew. At the end of their work I talked on the phone with a woman from the main office. My impression was that she was the quality control person and was ensuring that I was not intimidated into signing off on the completion of the work. It's been about 1 year since they did the work and we have had no leaks or water issues. I run a dehumidifier in addition to the air exchanger and I don't have a problem keeping the space (30'x30'x8') at 35% humidity with a small device. The cost was, if I remember correctly, about $22,600. He quoted me initially something north of $25k but offered me an "on-call" discount where they scheduled service 3 months out and could show up any time if someone cancelled giving me as little as 24 hours notice. They started work on the scheduled date at the end of the 3 months. I probably could have negotiated a lower price, but I'm a terrible negotiator.

Seitz & Sons Concrete & Excavating
Anthony was responsive in the initial process of setting a contract, and was attentive to what we needed done at a reasonable price. The work was done quickly, and with appropriate permits and city inspections. Anthony and his crew were professional, and punctual. He showed us the waterproofing stages as it was done, and the driveway looks great with a bonus decorative edge! He was also able to regrade part of the backyard that tended to flood when it rained. I highly recommend hiring Seitz and Sons, and I would hire them again for future projects.

    Coulter Waterproofing & Cement
Coulter and his crew did a tremendous job waterproofing our basement last summer, working in 90 degree heat, often shoveling by hand around our foundation. He and the workers were extremely knowledgable and hard working. We were very satisfied with the job and would definitely hire them again.

    Integrity Waterproofing
After listening to a couple different companies try to sell us "their version" of interior water control systems, my fiance and I were not convinced this was best solution for our problem. We went online looking for a company that would provide other options and were very impressed with Integrity Waterproofing's website. While we were slightly outside of their service area, we decided we would still call and see what they had to say - maybe we could at least get a reference for someone in our area. While the office staff confirmed they could not come to our area, they provided helpful information about what type of company to look for. The next day, the woman even called back again to tell us that she spoke with the owner, Steve, and he was able to recommend a company in our area. We were so impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to help us even though they would not be able to get business from us. If we lived in their service area this would definitely be our company of choice! Thank you so much for everything you did for us! I would recommend this company to anyone in the Cleveland area.

    Evans Concrete & Waterproofing Llc
It went very well. They started a few days earlier than estimated. There were two changes: 1) They needed to waterproof under the back porch and a drain for the driveway was necessary. The back porch waterproofing had 3 sides and had to be hand dug. The extra cost was reasonable. 2) Originally a drain in the driveway was not thought necessary, but out of precaution and second thought, Jared advised it should be put in. He said that since he initially thought that a drain would not be necessary, he would not charge us the $1,200 that they usually charge, and he ate the cost. Most appreciative! The workers were all very pleasant and helpful and cleaned up well after the job. They were the low bid out of three contractors and provide a detailed contract (that the other two did not). My wife was particularly concerned about her garden and grass. Jared and his workers took great care in causing as little damage as possible in the garden area and actually brought in extra soil to extend the garden out. My wife (being a former teacher) also liked how Jared and the crew explained everything what was going to happen. There were no bad surprises. We highly recommend Jared and his crew and have done so in our neighborhood. We plan to have him waterproof the last side of our house next spring.
