    MIRACLE BODY SHOP
They were professional, helpful, and pleasant from start to finish. The work done was beautiful. My car looked like new when they were finished. Jim was very helpful, honest, and trustworthy. I have never worked with a professional who made a painful process painless and worry free. It was a pleasure doing business with them. They did such a great job on my car that I sent my son there to have his car worked on as well.

    MIRACLE BODY SHOP
They had to do so much work on the car that they said it would look almost like new except for a number of old scratches which they said they would take care of for free so the car would look better. They also cleaned out the inside, vacuuming the seats and floors andwashing the windows. My 6 1/2-year-old car looked like new. I was very impressed.

    MIRACLE BODY SHOP
On 11-5-16, I was involved in a traffic accident near Lakewood, OH. Using Angie's list, I located Miracle Auto Body and had my car, which only had 1100 miles on it, towed there. Jim called me the very next business day and started to fill me in on the way the process worked. Without him, I would have been at the mercy of the insurance company, which has repeatedly tried to get me settle for less than is reasonable. Jim gave me specific information as to what was wrong with the car, gave opinions as to what was appropriate, and basically advocated for me with the insurance company. The bottom line is this: I live over 30 miles from Miracle, but it's the ONLY shop that will ever do body/collision work for me. What a class act!

    Beetler's Auto Body
Toby, the owner, is polite, helpful and will go out of his way to accommodate you. He was able to prepare a quote in 5 minutes. His follow-through in looking my car within a week was excellent. He arranged the rental car for me since I was not claiming this incident on my insurance. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The paint job is absolutely professional. He had his staff paint beyond the areas that were damaged in order to blend the color better and added a clear coat beyond the damaged area as well. No one can possibly tell that this car was repaired and painted. I am very pleased with the job, the service, and the responsiveness of Toby and his employees.

    MIRACLE BODY SHOP
Service was top notch. Jim took care of everything for me. This was an insurance claim but if I ever need anything done to my car I will be taking it to Jim. Honest, reliable and top quality work. What more can you ask for?

    SECOND TO NONE AUTO BODY
Frank was great! Very personable and up-front in dealing with my situation. I explained that I wasn't looking for perfection, just protection from future corrosion. He said it was no problem to do exactly that and said I could drop off the car in the morning and he'd have it finished before the end of the day.
This is exactly what he did! It's a pleasure to do business with someone who follows through on his word!! We will definitely use Second to None for our future auto body repair needs.

    LOSSMANS MOTORS INC BODY SHOP
My vehicle was towed to Lossman Motors Body Shop after sustaining damage in an accident on Dec. 9, 2014. I received a repair estimate on Dec. 15 and agreed to have them perform the work on Dec. 16. The general manager, Matt, told me to call or email any time for information on how the work was going.
After the holidays, I called to check on their progress and left several messages that were not returned. I also sent email that was not responded to.
Finally, on Jan. 14, 2015, I went into the shop to ask what was going on with my car. Matt said he had received some parts from his supplier that were below the quality he wanted so he was waiting on another shipment but hoped that the job would be complete in a couple of weeks.
On Jan. 30, after receiving no word from Lossman?s, I again went to the shop. This time Matt said he expected I should be able to pick the car up the following Tuesday. No such luck.
On Feb. 6, after calling three times, they said all that was needed a wheel alignment and the would be finished on Monday, Feb. 9.
Again, I heard nothing and went to the shop that Friday, Feb. 13. This time Matt said that the glass needed to be installed and it might be ready on Monday.
On Thursday, Feb. 19, I called my insurance company for assistance even though the car was not covered for collision. Lossman?s is their preferred local shop and I hoped that they might be able to help in some way. They were quite shocked and said they would make a call to find out what was going on. With the added pressure from my insurance agent, Matt finally called me on Tuesday, Feb. 24, to say that he hoped to have the car ready the following day after sending it out for an alignment.
I finally got the car that Friday, Feb. 27, but missing a wheel well liner and with warning lights on the dash for the anti-lock brakes
and traction system. The only paperwork they provided was a copy of the original estimate. I emailed Lossman?s that evening regarding the problems and requesting an itemized list of the work performed. I received a response from Matt the following Monday, March 2, that he would ?follow up? when he received the wheel well liner (probably by Wednesday) and I could bring the car back to have that installed and have the ABS and traction problem taken care of. Nearly two weeks have gone by now with no word.
Lossman?s had my car for nearly 12 weeks and I have now had to take it to my mechanic to have the safety issues (ABS and traction system) taken care of. I will also need to find another body shop to get a wheel well liner installed.
I have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General?s office in order to receive a written invoice with an itemized account of the repairs performed.

    Beetler's Auto Body
I cannot say enough good things about this experience. I worked directly with the owner. He agreed to replace the bumper (the insurance company only quoted a repair) and still came in at half of my deductible. Professional, on-time and courteous. Top-notch outfit.

    LOSSMANS MOTORS INC BODY SHOP
I chose to work with Lossman after a minor accident caused damage to my Honda Civic.  Matt, the manager, was great with explaining the repairs needed and came in significantly below an estimate I had received at my Progressive Repair Shop.  He was more than willing to work with my insurance to save me the most money possible.  I am so happy that I had a chance to support this business in my neighborhood and was happy with their professionalism and customer service.  Thanks Matt!

    R & R AUTO BODY
I was recommended to this company by my insurance agent after a Mack truck rear ended a company van. The damage involved required body work. When the vehicle was transported to the location, the odor of burning ammonia was present at the front of the vehicle. I addressed the concern to one of the sales/estimators on staff. He mentioned they will send for a diagnosis to their mechanic after the body work was done (which they conveniently gave a quote for and not the mechanical problem). I went over to the shop to see how far they got into figuring out what the mechanical (ammonia smell)was. The owner of the company stated the whole exhaust system was almost falling off and the ammonia smell was the muffler. I never had in my life of vehicle ownership and maintenance experienced an ammonia smell coming off a bad muffler. Nevertheless, I went with it. When I received the vehicle back, I drove it on the highway. Ammonia smell is gone and now there is now an annoying resonating sound coming off the front of the vehicle. I took it back to Rand R and they said the problem was there were 2 bolts rusted off (one on each EM assembly) and that was the cause of the noise. I explained to the owner that even though 1 bolt HEAD was rusted off on each EM, there were 7-9 more bolts maintaining the seal per EM and, that the truck hitting the exhaust pipe in the back caused the whole exhaust pipe work to be almost on the ground (as he confirmed) and that more than likely the hit caused a ripple effect at the manifold which broke the seal (and cracked it). Think about it as hitting something with a 10 foot pole. The owner in indirect words called me a liar, that the problem preexisted and that I was trying to take advantage of the insurance company to pay for my problems. I had offered the insurance company a settlement to avoid the mechanical and body work issue and they declined. As a result of Rand R's lack of professionalism and self-interest, I am left to sue the driver for the damages that should have been fixed.
