le chaperon rouge child care independence
Their service has been excellent so far. Their security is good. Their teachers are very good. They are very caring and very knowledgeable about the age group of children. My kid loves it. They provide two meals a day including in the class, two hot meals and that's good because day cares are expensive and if you have to pay for a meal on top of that, it kind of sucks. My boy goes there daily. The first couple of weeks when he was only six month old, he was a little apprehensive about it but after about a week he was fine and he's been fine ever since. For entrance, it is about 230 a week.

    Gentner Chiropractic
I love this practice! Dr. Judy (and Dr. John) is extraordinarily kind, informative and supportive. IF they run 15 minutes or so behind, it's only because they are taking so much time with the patients to go over every detail of the patient's pain and treatment. They also demonstrate proper body mechanics and gentle techniques for home. These demonstrations work to help patients heal more quickly and to prevent further injury. I never feel rushed through my appointment. The doctors are very attentive and I feel secure that they are focusing on me and my needs. The office staff who assist with treatment are sweet and sympathetic, always checking to see if the patient is doing well during sessions. The front desk staff are helpful and nice. They set up appointments and take payment efficiently. They check on patients' insurance coverage and keep the patient informed of their financial obligations under their insurance policies. I learned that if insurance coverage runs out for the calendar year, the charge to the patient for additional visits is more than reasonable. This practice offers other services such as nutrition counseling but they do not push patients to try any of them. They will answer questions about the other services if I initiate conversation. I am very happy with Gentner Chiropractic!

I booked my time for 6:30pm,  that was at 11am that same day. When I arrived at 6:15 staff said they did not book my time because I did not secure may appointment with a credit card!! I been getting massages for over 25 years and never had to pre-pay an appointment anywhere, anytime!! CREDIT CARD FIRST???  What's going on at this place?

    Cleveland Clinic Westlake
He is wonderful. He is God's gift to orthopedics. Cortisone shot is not pleasant but the flip side is that for three, four days you feel like a mini god because you feel so much better. He has now moved from Westlake to Avon now. Cleveland Clinics are like the billion dollar hospitals where you have good service, but they have real crappy billing system. Every year I have my annual physical in December and every year it takes me six months to get the billing cleared up. The billing is awful but their health care is great. Dr. Davis did two surgeries on me and they both worked well. I was in significant pain before and afterwards I was not. The flip side is that some surgeries are not successful no matter how great the doctor is but this worked for me. Dr. Davis does not do shoulders he is strictly lower extremities, ankles and knees. So I had a shoulder issue and at that point the doctor that I was interested was not covered under my insurance plan so I kind of dropped it. That is why Dr. Davis ended up giving me the cortisone shot on my shoulder because I had the issue with the shoulder.

    Lakewood Massotherapy
I have middle back problems and an old trapezius muscle injury. I have been going to Lakewood massotherapy for years and love them. This is the only place I have found when I can get a deep tissue massage and it fixes my back problems. Highly recommend.

    Massage Envy
The massages are fairly priced and the therapists are very good. (My favorite left for nursing school, but there are still some good people there). Before you sign up for the club make sure you have the time to go there every month. I am very busy and have let my massages build up (I think I have 12 coming to me). If I stop my membership I lose all these massages! And I can only give 1 massage away a month (for a 10 dollar fee). All in all I would recommend this place, but I would recommend not to join the massage club.

New Life Massage & Whole Living Solutions
My experience was wonderful. I walked in and let them know that I was there. They took my coat and asked me to fill out some information as to why I was there. I handed the form back to them, they read it over and took me back pretty quickly. Once I was in the room the woman performing my massage went over the form with me to get a good feel for what I needed in terms of the massage. I think this was important in order to ensure that I received the type of massage I was looking for.
The massage was wonderful. I felt very relaxed and stress free the entire time. I've already recommended this place to friends and family.

    Lynette Crawford Skin Care LLC
Tonja is very professional and attentive to the the client's needs. I've mostly asked for deep tissue but once had a Swedish/relaxation massage -- all very good. She is very good with draping for modesty and checking in about the pressure as she goes. Her massage room is small, quiet (sometimes in small shops you hear everyone talking!) and very comfortable.
I initially went here because I bought an online deal with another company but I've liked Tonja so I've settled in here as a regular client. I even sent a friend because I think she's very good. It is a little difficult to get in so plan ahead and don't expect to be able to get in right away -- this is the only down side.
The shop is small and you walk right into the nail and salon area so there isn't really a waiting room or reception area which was surprising to me since my prior experience with a day spa are quite spacious and upscale. To me this is a small and quot;beauty shopand quot; to use an old school term. Okay, it is more than that because they do a variety of things but on a small scale -- I think they have 2 salon chairs, 2 nail stations, one or two massage rooms/facial rooms. It is moderate shop but the scheduling system is quite sophisticated and more than you'd expect for a small shop.
They must be quite busy (I think mostly with coupons from what I can tell) because my first appts there took weeks to get in and even now I have to schedule a few weeks out. So, don't plan to be able to go in on a whim or because you strained your back or had a stressful week because you won't be able to get a spot -- or at least that's my experience.
    That says it all.

    Genin, Dr. Jason
On my first visit Dr. Genin asked questions and actually listened to the answers. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. His beside manner is wonderful. He sent me for PT to see if I would improve and to justify to my insurance the need for an MRI. He knows his insurance issues. Since there was little improvement from PT he was able to get the MRI authorized. Being in the health care field myself I knew that might be an issue. I saw him for a second time after the MRI. He went through each section of the MRI explaining in layman's terms what it meant and then made sure I understood what was said. He gave me a copy of the report. He knew I was struggling with the whole situation and said he was going to work as long as it took to get answers and get me back to my normal life. He then referred me to an orthopedic surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic Avon location who I also liked. I ultimately ended up with a hip replacement not due to the car accident but probably accelerated by it. Dr. Genin took all the steps necessary to determine what was going on and to make the correct diagnosis. I also appreciate that he looked at my individual issue and got me to the surgeon that could help me the best with the new procedure of an anterior hip replacement as opposed to letting me try to get to the correct surgeon on my own. I would definitely return to Dr. Genin.

    Driscoll, Ann
My appointment was at 3:15PM. By the time I left, my lung congestion was markedly better, and my mouth tenderness was improved by the next morning. Typically anywhere from immediate to within 24 hours, I experience relief from whatever condition is being treated.
Ann is an excellent listener and never hurries me in my description of current issues/discomfort. She asks good follow-up questions from the previous session to assess her work and my progress. She is meticulous, calm, very focused on patient comfort, and is open to feedback about needle placement and any sensations (positive or negative). She is always pleasant and on time with appointments - there is no waiting. I highly recommend Ann to anyone wanting to improve their health.
