I added the item to my cart and in between the time it took for me to show the bouquet to my dad and brother to get their approval and checkout, they upgraded my order from the small bouquet I wanted to the large without letting me know until the order had already been processed. I emailed the Sales and Service specialist team regarding my order and advised them of the issue. It took 6 back and forth emails for them to get the issue even fixed in the first place and had such a huge problem with them even accepting the fact that they screwed me over and needed to fix their issue. Then, my flowers were not delivered on the day they were supposed to be delivered, which was my mothers birthday. This has been a hard birthday for her because she is turning 50 and I wanted to make her day a little brighter. I contacted them again and all they wanted to over me was a $20 savings pass on my next order. As I never plan to order from them again, a $20 savings pass does me no good. They refused to deliver my order at a discounted rate since they didn't deliver it on time so after 10 more back and forth emails they finally gave me a full refund and cancelled the order. This whole ordeal was such a nightmare and I am very upset with this company and will never be ordering from them again. If I could leave less then 1 star I would

    Your Signature Resume
    I knew in this day and age that I needed a professionally-designed/written resume. Now that we're finished, I had no idea just how much I needed that!! The finished product is awesome. After reviewing my stale/outdated resume, writer Mark S made an appointment to spend an hour on the phone interviewing me. A couple days later, he sent an extensive questionnaire based on that interview. Really made me think, and made me think about things I'd never considered or forgot about. I'm nearing a relatively young-aged retirement from a 30+ year career (hoping to find something more part-time and that I can do from home). What Mark captured for that resume is amazing, modern, and focuses on my more recent accomplishments. Not just where I worked and what I did on a day-to-day basis, but the quantified accomplishments (Italics on "accomplishments"). Just amazing. Worth every penny.

    My husband and I were looking for a property manager for our townhouse in VA. We contacted the three highest reviewed, grade A companies listed on this site. Real Property Management PROS (RPMP) quickly stood out among the rest and this was largely in part due to my conversation with Selina. Selina was knowledgeable, professional and had a great deal of enthusiasm. She provided us with so much information, that I only had one question at the end of our conversation. She came across as really enjoying her job and that helped RPMP stand out among the other companies. We were assigned to Jen Robeson and have gotten off to a good start!     Fix My Cue came exactly on time. Even though they are located in the Columbus area, they didn't charge me an extra trip fee. They knew what they were doing and they did an excellent job. It was fascinating to watch them work because there is so much more to reassembling a pool table than you would think.

    They made it easy. They showed up on time, took care to take things apart and properly store their parts for easy assembly when they did the final move. They were courteous and professional. This is our second move with Mayberry, I don't think I'd use any one else locally. They are that good.

    After having another plumber over (who was also highly rated on Angies List), he simply turned on all my hot water lines and told me "All Fixed". I asked him if we needed to flush the hot water heater and he said no. 5 minutes after the first plumber left, my hot water lines had tons of the resin in it again from the hot water heater and was clogging up all my sinks again. I called the first plumber back and he got irritated with me (I felt he did not believe me) and said there was nothing I could do and I needed to buy a new hot water heater. I was not happy with this answer
    I called McClean Plumbing finally. They said they couldn't make it out, and I described all that had happened and all the steps I took over the phone. Even though he couldn't come out to my house, this plumber walked me thorough multiple steps and descriptions over multiple calls in enough details that I bought and installed all I needed to fix the issue and save my hot water heater! Very helpful, smart, and considerate guy! Will definitely use them for my future pluming needs.

    I dropped off my clock in May 2014 and I just got my clock back on January 30, 2016. The clock was not repaired and I was lied to. Every time I went into the shop to check on it they would tell me that the clock was being worked on and they had ordered parts. So every time I went in there they lied about what they weren't doing to my clock. I had to contact a lawyer and the BBB to get it back. Please do not deal with these people. Save your self a ton of time and pain.

    I have four or five phone lines with them.  Mainly price is my complaint.  They are usually pretty good with there professionalism.  I will use them in the future because they are so big.

    Beavercreek Clock Repair
    Things did not go well. When I brought my clock home it took a day or two to settle down and get the chime in sync with the time. Then  all was good until the hour hand fell off in March. I called several times to let him know and left messages. Finally he picked up, .he said he was in his car and to call back to make an appointment so he could put the hour hand back on. I called several times and he did not pick up or return my call. Finally yesterday I caught him in the car again and again he said his appointment book was at home and to call back about 4:00 PM. I did and left a message with days and times that would work for me; any morning and all day on Thursday. There was no response to my message. I called twice today and no response.
    I had the same problem with communication when i wanted to know how the repair was going and to set up a time to pick up my clock. It seems the only time I can get him on the phone is when he is unable to screen his calls, I gave up on email because they were never answered. I CCed both of his email address.
    It looks as though he has no intention of honoring his guarantee or standing behind his work.

    Mr. Toohey finally returned one of my calls and I'm to take my clock in for repair next Friday.
