    They looked it over and changed spark plug and timing key. They could not make it run and declared the engine is dead and need a new lawn mower. They worked very hard to check the mower for various possible problems and very professional. I was convinced that I need a new lawn mower and started to shop. At the last minutes, I decided to ask for a second opinion and called Beavercreek Mower Repair. It turns out only need a minor repair for $75. I am glad to call for the second opinion. I do not fault BladePro. They were professional and nice. I am sure they would do a great job to service the mower. However, they are lack in experiences of repairing lawn mowers.

    The technician arrived early, which was great.  He got right to work and was done within a half hour to 45 minutes.  The mower started right up for me after he left and went through my very long grass easily.  I really appreciate the at home service because I really can't take the mower anywhere myself.

    Target Tool Rental provided outstanding customer service during my recent purchase of a new 28" Cub Cadet lawn mower.  Dave and Joe are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and will allow you to try out the equipment before buying it.  They delivered the new lawn mower in thirty minutes after purchasing it to help meet my weekend mowing schedule.  In addition, they provided quality training on its features and proper operation.  This was not only a very positive experience, it was probably the most efficient purchase that I have made in quite awhile.  I did not have to put anything together and it worked on the first try!  I highly recommend Target Tool Rental--customer service was absolutely superior!!!

    On word of mouth recommendation from a co-worker related to this family, I was assured they were honest, hard-working and fair people. So when a 2 week tune-up turned in 4 weeks because after 3 phones calls about the same thing, they could never figure out what I needed done, I was understanding, but irritated. Then when the mower stopped working on me 15 minutes after they had dropped it off only to find out a belt had come loose, I was just irritated. The mower had to go back to the shop "but will be back tomorrow". Day after tomorrow when I had to call to find out where my mower was, I was told it would be an additional charge because "they didn't do anything with that belt". Did you not look at it as part of the tune-up? " Well you must have run over a branch or something with the high grass and knocked it loose" And your trek around Dayton on the back of trailer to return it to me wouldn't have done that? "No way" So basically, even if it was co-incidence, what would the customer service thing to do have been? Is customer service dead in this town? So use them with EXTREME caution and do so during the winter time because you will never see your mower again during the summer months!

    The service provided was above and beyond what I expected. Jon provided quick and prompt service and was a real joy to work with. I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of lawn mower repair and will call him again if I run into any more trouble with my mower. Just excellent service!

    .Bad experience. Brought a snow Blower in due to engine not starting and lawmower for same reasons and to have pull and throttle cable replaced. First thign said when they saw the snow blower is "that is an older machine and is usually not worth repairing. I noted that they sell new snow blowers for $400+ (needs parts that are hard to obtain). After three weeks I had to call them to get an update they hadn't even looked at it. When they did call back, a week after my call, it was $400 to repair the snowblower (cost of a new one) and $275 for the mower (again not worth it but they sold new mowers). I paid the $75 for this information and took it to Oakes mower service and he clean the carbs on both machines and replaced the cables on the mower $195 returned in 4 days. Both machines run great. Go figure.

    There was a winter storm coming so I wanted my snowblower ready for it. Alan (Oakes) was mindful of that and picked up my equipment quick, performed the tune-ups, and dropped them off on-time. He was also fine with talking (via phone) over some glitches I had with the snowblower and told me to call him back if the fix he performed did not work for me.  Very good service.

    I called The Mower Shop on Friday, December 20 to ask if they might be able to service a snow blower that I had inherited but had not been serviced for several years.  They told me to call them on Monday morning and they would come pick it up and take a look at it.  Not only did they arrive when they said they would, they called me quickly with an assessment of the problem and had it repaired and returned in a few short hours.  I could not have asked for better responsiveness nor service and couldn't be more grateful!

    Came and picked up my snow thrower and chipper/Lawn vac (neither one would run), performed the required service on them. Total of $200.00 (including pick up and delivery), would have been 2X that amount at most retail mower shops. Great job and VERY VERY fast and knowledgeable!!

    It went great! Very pleasant and easy to do business with. I chose them for two reasons, they listed Cub Cadet as a mower they repair but most importantly, they had a high rating on Angie's List. Everyone was very friendly and thoroughly explained the services needed. I felt comfortable with the repairs they said were needed to get the mower running again. I got the mower back in 6 business days and it runs like it is brand new. I will use them again for any repairs. A+++++
